The hotel is very nice, lots of space in the room, very modern and clean. Kids had a separate room to themselves. The area is also very charming with the big park nearby. Breakfast was very nice, restaurant is beautiful and you can sit outside on the terrace when weather allows.

I wouldn't say anything bad but I need to mention that after we have booked a room for 4 people we were contacted by the property asking if we will be buying extra beds for kids for 30 EUR per night. I was not happy with that but later read in their policies that it's what they do for all kids. The beds are only provided for 2 people free of charge. I refused to pay extra. Upon arrival we were given an amazing apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed for kids. We are very happy with the stay but still not sure what happened there and what would happen if I agreed to pay those extra fees.

Everything was perfect 👌 very clean, accessible and meeting expectations. Breakfast was exquisite 😋 with great choice and quality ingredients. It's notable they care! Barista/dining room lady was exceptionally nice & helpful! She made us feel at home and deserves a bonus for her overall professionalism + extra charm in our view.

The bathroom door was a bit squeaking, which might be annoying in the night. But it didn't interfere with our overall great experience, and I even forgot to mention it upon checking out. Hopefully they fix it soon.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The buffet breakfast was incredible. We had two rooms for a family of five and one room was set up with an additional single bed. The rooms were very spacious. While we were not travelling with a dog, the hotel was welcoming of dogs which we really appreciated as we are missing our own pooches back home. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and had not planned ahead for where we would eat dinner. Amazingly a small, high-quality, German Abendbrot was prepared for us for dinner despite the hotel restaurant being closed. We were incredibly grateful for the flexibility of the staff who arranged this. Parking is also very easy

Nothing to dislike. I wish I had have had more time to explore the grounds.

It's very close to nature, close by a a large park located centrally in WB city area. The hotel itself is like a large pavillon-ish building with a large terasse, many exotic blooms with close view to the garden and integrating. The overall gardenlike feel at the place makes you feel right at home. Also wonderful rooms, our apartment had a small baywindow hanging out over the entrance area beside the hotel building, and there were no noise at night from passing cars. Also, the hotel bed was large and not too hard. Thr morning breakfadt buffet was huge and had a lot of vegan options, as well as vegan selection on the menu, including the desserts. 5 stars service too!

I didn't have time to enjoy the terasse and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden enough!

We stayed at the apartment. very spacious and with all facilities, even washing machine! Drying rack, ironing board and hair dryer, coffee machine, fridge and cooking plate. it’s on the attic of the nearby building but maybe 2 minutes of walking through a park, very lovely and with fireflies!!! breakfast was at the hotel and it was spectacular. fresh and tasty, good choice of food, lactose free milk :) but the staff deserved an 11 star!! very friendly, English speaking ( mostly ;) but Google translate is also good). we loved it! comfortable beds but it was really warm- we had to ask for a fan, but that wasnt a problem. the building itself is old and so beautiful inside and outside! if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs with you, the bells are ringing every hour all night 😝

average breakfast. Fresch and almost all u expect. I missed scrable eggs though. The tables was very nice. both in the restaurant and the breakfast. Bed was sturdy but not hard. One of the best beds i have slept in.

The menue had no prices. So it vas a scary suprise. it was expensive but not very (43€ for a burger, beer and a desert) Everything was clean and fresh but i still never got the feeling its a 4-star hotel.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant was exceptionally great, both for dinner and breakfast. Quiet and very green neighborhood near Wolfsburg center with loads of trees.

Wedding party in the main building, so there was some noise at night, but luckily it didn't last too long.

Breakfast was good.

I didn't like that if I book a double apartment, I still have to pay extra for the 2nd guest. Also, once you mistakenly enter 1 guest, you cannot alter that afterwards, which is really annoying. And lastly, I missed having air conditioning.

Friendly staff, great location and nice hotel overall. The room was spacious and we had ample storage space. Even with the crib in the room we didn't feel it packed. The breakfast was absolutely superb, way beyond our expectations. They prepared everything included some treats to our dog in the room.

There were some leakage stains on the ceiling in the bathroom which were already marked so I suppose they were working on fixing those.

We've stayed in the main building. It was a quiet, compact room on the attic floor. I really like the park nearby. Don't miss the breakfast option, and more importantly go check the seasonal menu in the restaurant for dinner.

The toiletries could be better.
