Location excellent. Ideal for us for the VW experience and 50th Anniversary GTI Fanfest. Great walks along the river to the VW museum and Autostadt. Very close to the shopping outlet and restaurants. Good underground parking. Air conditioning.

A little noisy during the day in the hotel reception due to new lifts being installed therefore having to use staircase everytime you left or returned to room. Not ideal when carrying baggage to and from room and to the parking area but no noise at all once in the room. No coffee facilities in the room and no fridge. All this didn't spoil our stay! Will be back!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel next to train station and Autostadt. Various option ofr eating nearby. Room was big, quiet and comfortable.

The lift was being replaced hence no lift and have to walk to the third floor. It is just bad timing but in that case it might be better to put all guest in lower floors if the capacity allows it.

The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. Rooms were quiet and had good WiFi connection. Overall, the hotel was situated right in the city center and easy to reach from the main station. The breakfast was also very nice.

Breakfast cost was exorbitant. Hotel signage unclear and we went to affiliate across courtyard first. The desk clerk assigned us to a singles room mistakenly.

The property was very centrally located near the train station, city centre, outlet shops & autostadt (in fact all an easy walk).Car parking is available on site for a fee (approx €10/day). Staff were very helpful.

I thought the breakfast was a little overpriced.

We ended up being upgraded to a room in the Innside hotel right across this hotel so the room review applies to Innside but the location and staff applies to both. -Central location especially if you're visiting for Autostadt -Smooth check in and nice, clean rooms with a decent city view

-Rooms could be lit a little brighter -Tea bags along with coffee would've been nice

Guests were required to have breakfast at the hotel next door, which is quite strange. Howerver, the breakfast was nice. The location is great.

The sound absorption in the corridor is so bad. There was lound noise when other rooms close the door.

The location was fantastic, very close to the train station. Many restaurants and shops are within an easy walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean.

The bed was very comfortable - good pillows etc. - better than in most other hotels.

For breakfast there was a another building to go to, which I found less convenient, although its was very close.

Perfect location, in front of the train station, the science museum, and the Audi museum. Modern, comfortable room (for Innside by Melia). Very clean. Nice breakfast (for Innside by Melia)

The hotel was closed (not visible on Booking) and our reservation had been transferred to the hotel in front, belonging to the same group. We discovered it, arriving at night, by a simple paper taped on the door of the closed hotel.
