The complex deserves every star in its category. 1. You are greeted with a small welcome cocktail upon check-in. 2. A bellhop will take you to your room, because the complex has more than 4 separate buildings. 3. The complex has 3 parking lots where you can park safely. In the evening, the complex and the access are guarded, with access using your room cards. 4. During our stay, the room was cleaned daily, the towels were changed regularly. If you want your room cleaned or do not want to be disturbed at the moment – you need to hang a sign on the outside of the door. This is an additional convenience. 5. The breakfast and dinner were really great! The food was varied and delicious. The restaurant is large and has enough seats. Additionally, you can order drinks, which are paid for. 6. The pools are clean and well maintained, and in our pool (Armonia) they were additionally numbered for each room. The water in it was clean, the pool was extremely clean and well maintained. Please note that they also have working hours. 7. The complex has a varied program every day and evening – gymnastics, yoga, live training and others.

Potential for improvement: 1. Weak internet in the complex, with the connection being a maximum of 12 - 15 MB/s. 2. There was no international TV, despite the TVs in the rooms. They have a few channels only from Greek operators. For comparison - some of the other hotels have many international channels for news, music, movies, animations for children, etc. 3. The beach….. I highly recommend you get organized and visit the beaches nearby. For example, Kalogria Beach is 2-3 kilometers away. An alternative is Koviou Beach.

The location is very beautiful and clean. The food is good and varied. The location is quiet and pleasant.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable . They should be more specific in the reservation about the Armonia Pool , if you don’t have reservation there you can’t use the sunbeds from that pool. The other pool is a little small for the rest of the people. Also the beach get crowded very fast. You need to be early the get sunbeds. They could give you at least water for dinner. No drinks included for dinner, not even water.

Room - big, own terrace, near the pool behind (Armonia suite) which is very chill and nice to be with a 1 year old baby. Breakfast and dinner - big variety of foods overall, the main chef is great and in many days at breakfast or dinner he has some exclusive menus beside the standard ones. Main pool in front is heated and this is great for the period off season (in our case May) since you can swim with your baby, even when weather is not great. Nice private beach and great view from top. Very good location of the hotel, also by car not far from Nikiti where you can find everything needed. The hotel has its own mini market. The amenities for kids and babies such as the playroom and the staff there. They have a schedule each day with different programs. The staff is great, especially at playroom, pool bars and restaurant area, but also the cleaning ladies etc. Really great staff.

The new arrivals cucumber drinks are mentioned just for new arrivals, this doesn`t look so nice considering it`s a 5 star hotel. People wouldn`t drink that all the time anyway, leave it open to anyone :) They charge any drink at dinner (even if you have half board). In other 5 star hotels they include some drinks in dinner too, at least water :)

Overall a very nice setup of the facilities. Very nice staff. Good pool area. Good activities for children. Excellent value for money. The beach area was small but very cozy.

Little variety of the food. The floor in the rooms was not cleaned properly. Very little space place to put clothes in the room. There should be a few more beds in the beach as you had to wake up early to find a spot!

Overall, we had a lovely holiday here! The room was very spacious, even included two terraces. Beds and pillows were very comfy, all four of us slept great! The food was amazing, and so was the service all over. I liked free daily coffee much too :) The hotel beach is not the prettiest in the area but serves well when not in the mood to start the car - the water is still very clean, and there is natural shadow until about noon. Several beautiful beaches are 5 minutes away by car. My kids enjoyed the pool too, water was good temperature and very clean.

I didn't like that the Kids club/animation room is in the basement with no windows, it felt sad leaving kids there, so we didn't quite use it. The animation team was nice though and my kids liked them despite the language barrier. Consider investing in mosquito nets because you can't open the window at night, we learned that the hard way and got bitten all over 😞 The hotel does provide the repelent mats and heater but I prefer not to leave it overnight in the room where little children are sleeping.

Stayed at the hotel for a family holiday to relax and recharge in the Greece countryside which we succeeded in achieving. Hotel is well maintained and clean throughout with very welcoming staff and good modern facilities particularly pools and rooms. Overall great expense, caters well for the young family with buffet food. Big thank you from us to Anastasis’s who looked after us at the pool throughout our stay and served great chocolate milkshakes and recommended good restaurants.

Smoke area outside the buffet restaurant meaning it was the first and last think you smelt

The ambiance is great, staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is close and free to use. The food they serve morning and evening in Doxato restaurant (included in the package) is tasty and in different varieties. The room is well organised and has a big balcony.

The ala carte restaurant Lemony which is in the hotel complex did not meet my expectations for a 5* restaurant. I have talked to other guests who are returning customers from previous years and been very satisfied with the Lemony kitchen, but now are also disappointed. The beach is ok, but not sandy and there are not enough sunbeds. They are recommending using another beach LilyAny which is 7 min walk, but I am not keen to walk. I have chosen this hotel because they have a private beach and a minute walk to it. Apart from that I can't complain about anything else.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless clean, the staff is outstanding, extremely courteous, and professional. We were there in a heat wave and we highly appreciated the fact that there were so many trees in the resort, they provided a sense of freshness in the heat. The hotel is great for families with kids. The play areas are well maintained and clean. The pool is just fantastic. The main buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food and their on site restaurant has local Greek dishes. We recommend highly this hotel and we look forward to going back.

There is a very small beach area and even though the hotel has put up a sign saying that guest should not reserve their sunbeds, people still do and no one is there to monitor whether there is an abuse. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service to their sister hotel, where guests can enjoy a much bigger beach area. On the two days out of 6, when we managed to get sunbeds on our beach we noticed no one cleans the little side tables, so this is unpleasant, especially when the rest of the resort is spotless clean, however, it large scheme of things, it is just a small nuisance. We had a truly fantastic vacation.

The proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the little tunnel adds to the experience for sure. Early morning swims offer plenty of room on the chairs, but the sea is so calm and pleasant that you can't stop swimming. The buffet quality was okay, and super convenient after swimming all morning and all evening.

For a 5-star hotel, I would expect a booking in the hotel section of the complex. The spa access is to be included. At least add the access for a fee at the time of booking. Also, it was unclear which pools you have access to and how. We ended up not going to the pool, though, since the ocean was so close. But we would have gone during the hot hours if it were an option. Our welcome sheet indicated a buffet option for lunch, but this was not the case. So for lunch, there is only the restaurant option, which is nice, but that part was confusing too.

Everything was great. It was a beautiful stay overall. The hotel literally has everything you may need and even more and made our stay memorable. The breakfast was a surprise with a fantastic variety of options. But the true quality is the staff, the people working there backstage and front were all polite and calm. A special thanks to Despoina. She treated all my enquiries professionally and she was extremely understanding. You don't find professionals like that amymore, not easily at least. Thank you Despoina, thanks to all the staff. Definitely recommended!
