The property is very clean and cosy, and very thoughtfully arranged. A pleasure to stay in. Cleaning service every day, although every other day or even at three days would be enough. The owners and personnel very attentive to the tourists' needs.

A temporary problem with the water pressure, specific to the entire area as I understood, but which was eventually remedied.

Wonderful place, wonderful people. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nikiti and needing a comfortable, affordable, clean and friendly place to stay. The location is superb, right by the center of Nikiti and very close to the sea (about 250 meters).

There is nothing to mention.

The cleanliness was impeccable. They had a team of cleaners cleaning every inch. They emptied the trash every day and changed the linen every 3 days. The pool is also kept at an i.pecable standard. The quiedt hours were respected by also closing the pool for that time. Overall, it was a great experience.

They didn't provide a pan for cooking

Really nice place with all amenities. Every room had AC which was very nice. Also in every room there was a tv. It was nice to have 2 bathroom as well. The location was very good 2 min from the main beach alley. I would definitely recomend.

The second floor of the room was a bit small. And the bathroom sealing was very low in some places. Good thing we were not very tall.

Very helpful and friendly staff . Even people we hadn’t met said hello and acknowledged us . We were given a lovely room , very spacious and pleasant. Decor very modern and aesthetic and attractive and all immaculately kept . Very handy for the beach and town . Perfect location .

Close to the beach and restaurants, the terrace was very usefull, the rooms were cleaned every day, a lot of parking places, the staff very friendly

The property is near the garbage bins, so every morning the garbage truck was there.

Location is excellent, 5min walking distance to the beach. Swimming pool nice size, super clean. Extraordinary staff. My recommendation.

We were on the first floor. Easy enough to get to without compromise. Lovely balcony overlooking side street, quiet enough. No loud noise from. The pool and the surrounding street. Bathroom was of good standard as usual in Greece tight But functional. Ωραια.

We got to the place and got a room with strong internet as we asked for, much more than we needed. The room was clean, the extension of the pool is beautiful and well maintained On the last day before the flight, the staff helped us with a shower and towels, after we checked out

The location is very close to the beach and the bars, there hasn't been an issue finding a parking spot for the car. The staff was really nice, and they are there to support anything that you need.

The outdoor AC component was placed on the balcony and it was facing the sitting table, where you are not able to sit on the balcony and have the room cool.
