We had an exceptional five-day stay at Villa Sara. The host, Sara, welcomed us with genuine warmth, and the accommodoation exceeded our expectations -spotless linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and daily housekeeping. The parking area, complete with an EV charging station, was a great convenience. We especially appreciated the homemade delicacies (prepared by Sara's wife) on our first morning,as well as the thoughtful gifts of jam and olives upon departure. Their flexibility with our check-out time was another kind gesture. A peaceful and charming retreat -highly recommended for families seeking tranquility.

Pool time can be extended.

We loved the quiet countryside location but only a 20 minute easy walk into centre, the whole place was spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens around the relaxing swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. We liked the coffee machine to use each morning and appreciated the replenish of the capsules each day and the large full size fridge freezer, there was plenty of storage space and towels changed every day including the large pool towels. We did not use but there is a communal dining area with BBQ use and Pizza oven, the food also served at the pool bar is fresh and tasty, loved the Greek Salad and hot chicken wraps it was very good value for money, the cocktails great too. Sava and Emilia were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble, loved the complimentary cake and biscuits during our stay and the gift of local products to take home, which we did manage to get through security with a pretty please face.

Extremely warm and welcoming staff, very homely and lovely atmosphere, allowing people to properly rest and recharge. The hotel is owned by a couple, who lives there all year round, so you can see how they put a lot of soul into the place. They always add a personal touch by advising on best beach locations, and even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, they came by almost every day to leave pastries or home made peach pie. If you are looking for a big, chain-style hotel with busy bar and loud pool music, this isn’t the place for you, but if you need serenity, peace of mind and ‘home away from home’, then you will fall in love with this place and its owners.

There is nothing to not like about Villa Sara, we would come back there any time and have already said so for a long weekend or next summer.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed! The kitchen at the room has everything you need, and there is also a wonderful bar by the pool where you can get tea, coffee, juice and buns. Friendly owner Mr Savas and his wife, the are always ready to answer all questions and provide assistance. The hotel area is very beautiful, clean and well-groomed. A very quiet place. Close to the nature, in the morning you could hear the wonderful singing of birds. I was also very pleased that I can take my dog with me to the hotel. It was very nice! Thank you!

The host was super kind, at the end of the stay they even gave us a small gift - some homemade olives and jam. I liked the big old pine tree and the BBQ terrace. It's a cozy corner to spend an evening with a bottle of wine. There was also an EV charger, which was one of the reason we chose Villa Sara for our stay in Nikiti

However it's not a big issue, the ceiling on the upper floor was a bit too low, so I bumped my head of it several times.

The villa is very well kept, always clean, the pool area is very nice. What I liked a lot was the “relaxation area”, which is separate to the villa, where you can have a grill with friends or read a a book from the library, or listen some nice music.

While you can walk to the closed beach, if you want to enjoy the beautiful beaches, you need to drive. Also, driving ( 5-10 min) to restaurants is required.

Gorgeous place. Stunning location, great pool and everything is immaculate with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We used the communal kitchen/BBQ area a couple of evenings which is so well equipped. Pool area is very luxurious with the comfiest beds and lots of options for sun or shade. Owners are just lovely and friendly. Perfect location as very peaceful but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants and 5 mins to the main road to drive and explore nearby beaches. A really special place. We hope to return and treat ourselves to a suite!

The room is actually a small apartment with all facilities and sea view. The garden is beautiful and the pool looked very nice. The accommodation is in a quiet area but close enough to the beach and promenade. We were there out of season so I don't know what is the parking situation near the beach during the season. We didn't have any issue to find parking near the marina but it may be an issue during the summer season as we couldn't see many parking spots

If you want to rest, this place is perfect for you. It’s very quiet and the sound isolation is very good. The room was fully equipped and super clean. The owners were very hospitable, understanding, friendly and kind. There was parking space for each car and if you have electric car, there are several charging points. I will definitely recommend it and we will be coming back!

We had a great stay! Sava and Elena were extremely kind hosts, they even send us a goodbye gift, which was very thoughtful of them. The location of the property was good, approximately around 20 mins walking distance from the main part of the city. The apartment itself was well equipped, and the outdoor area was amazing! We definitely recommend the place for staying with kids.
