The Dream hotel was very close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk). It was in a quiet location (away from the busy main street). The stay was very comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was on the ground floor, which was fine, except the kids on the 2nd floor were running around every morning, waking us up. The group staying next door also liked to talk loudly and party on their porch till the late hours (past midnight). The hotel should have some rules for guests (e.g. from 23:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of quiet hours) and invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests. The soap and shampoo were not replenished regularly, and we had to ask for them.

The location is excellent! It's really close to the sea, to a small shop and to restaurants. Deppending on prefferences, you might appreciate to stay on the ground floor and have access to the garden, or stay above it and have no problem with the walking noise above you. Otherwise, all was good, staff is friendly and I wish them a lot of sunny days (and small comfort improvements, like noise)

Walls and ceeling are not sound proof. You can hear guests walking and talking without much effort. If this would be solved, you have all the things you need, hands down! Oh, and wish for the next door accomodation not to have kids running and screaming till 1AM because you can hear them really well... And this is not the fault of Dream Boutique.

Everything was great! Super clean, nice host, nice location, lots of parking cats and a great garden!

The only downside which was not great at all: if you stay on the ground floor apartments (one room), you will hear every step from upside and every small noise that can make. I couldn’t go to sleep earlier than 2-3 in the morning every day we stayed here. The room above have stairs, so you can imagine the noise from a child running on them.

It is the 3rd time we stayed here and as usual it was great. The room is extremely clean, much bigger than other accommodations of its kind. The room has everything you need from hair dryer to bathroom appliances and lots of towels. The terrace is great especially if you want to have breakfast in the room or just relax. The fact that you have a broom you can clean any sand you bring in. Cleaning is done every morning anyway. The shutters are a great plus. They keep the room temperature while you are at the beach. Even the lights were designed for all purposes and tastes. Thank you Dream Boutique!!

I usually don't like such a soft mattress but this is just a personal preference. My friends slept like babies.

Very clean, with a generous green garden in front of each room, not cramped at all like other hotels/studios. Large rooms, large bathrooms, cleaned daily very carefully. Quiet area, with low traffic, you can rest in the afternoon or during the night without any problems. 2 minutes to the beach by walking, or to the restaurants/taverns area. 3 minutes by car to a big supermarket (Masoutis) and to Lidl and to the main road leading to Vourvourou-Sarti or Toroni. You don’t have to cross the whole Nikiti to exit towards the wonderful beaches of Sithonia.

A toaster would be a nice addition.

This property offers a fantastic location, just steps away from the beach. It was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and provided a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway.

There was some noise in the evenings coming from other guests having gatherings on their balconies.

Dream Boutique Apartments offers everything you need a perfect summer stay. First, in terms of location, very close to the local beaches (3 min walk) and within walking distance to amazing places for food (tavernas but also fast-food joints like gyros places). Second, the amenities are updated and modern, and everything was pristine clean, with cleaners coming to the rooms every day. We liked that it also had designated parking spaces for guests, which is rare with other accommodations around Chalkidiki. We'll definitely come to stay again when we visit the area in the future, it was also very convenient as a base for visiting other places around Sithonia from here.

No negative remarks.

Exceptional! Very clean, very nice staff, careful with every detail. Enough parking spaces. Close to the beach (only 3 minutes of walking), close to the restaurants area, close to the supermarket (one of the best in Halkidiki area, Masoutis). Beautiful garden and very well taken care of every day. Quiet area, very good for relaxing, no traffic, no noise from clubs or restaurants.

The wi-fi connection was poor. This should be solved, a good Internet connection it’s a must nowadays. I also missed a microwave oven in the room.

It was very good to be very close to the sea (2-3 min by walking), to be able to walk to the center of Nikiti without the need for a car, and to have a parking lot. The beach is very clean and sandy. The room was comfortable, it was very pleasing to have mosquito nets on the balcony door. It was very pleasing to be given a gift of wine in the fridge. If I travel to this region again, I would prefer to stay here again.

Guests staying in the next room at the hotel talked loudly on the balcony very early in the morning. It is not very pleasant to wake up every morning to the noise of the next room. Not hotel related but maybe they can provide a solution to this

Very clean, value for money accommodation near the beach, beach bars, and restaurants. Lovely backyard where you can chill. Kitchen well equipped including kettle/filter coffee machine and utensils (can cook if you wish to).

If you are after more of an adults only place, maybe skip it as it is family friendly and children wake up early and play, make noise, etc. (as children do :)) However, for us personally, it was not an issue.
