The location was absolutely perfect—right on the first row, directly by the beach, with stunning sea views just steps away. As someone with a severe dust allergy, I was genuinely impressed by how exceptionally clean the apartment was—definitely one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. It made a huge difference in my comfort. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the housekeeper was just as lovely. The overall atmosphere felt peaceful, fresh, and well-cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The staff is very helpful and always there if you need recommendations or guidance. I am very picky with the beds and pillows but at La Mer in slept very good. The location is closed to the beach, many restaurants and plenty of bars you just have to walk out of the building and all of them are there waiting for you. Although everything is close and located in the center of everything the windows blocks all the sound and it is very quiet. The AC works perfectly. The balcony is a plus. I want to end the review by thanking again to the host, it was a pleasure discussing with you and I highly appreciate the involvement!

Beautiful flat with a fully equipped kitchen. Have a nice balcony to eat meals. Located near the coast, the beach is a few steps ahead. Directly on the shopping street, you can walk and enjoy the city in the evening. Very kind and supportive hosts. Thank you especially to Konstantina and fluent English speaker cleaning ladies. They are great people. We felt like we were at home.

Self catering apartment/room, nice bed, clean and great location. Fully renovated accommodation, Modern. Extremely helpful host, we had a problem with the aircondition the first night and they immediately fixed next morning by replacing the temperature controller.

Parking is at a free public parking about 4 minutes walk from the property. Not easy if you have to carry suitcases or a lot of beach equipment. Minor smell from the sewage pipes but ok if we opened the window for an hour. No beach towels provided so need to bring your own, No breakfast or receptionist but there is a great cafeteria downstairs that serves great coffee and breakfast.

The location is near the beach and also bar and restaurants. You just get out of the building and you are right on the seafront. Room was very clean, well equipped kitchen including a coffee machine with some capuccino pods and 2 bottle of water in the fridge. Staff were very responsive and friendly. Room was cleaned, bedsheets and towels were changed at 2 days distance. Our room wasn’t on the seaside part which was very good as it was quite during the night like if you weren’t in the middle of the Nikiti excitement.

We had to park the car ~100m away, the building has only a temporary parking space to get in/out your luggages. Bed is comfortable but for me was difficult to get down due to design 🙂, the laterals of the beds are blocked. We experienced the lack of hot water at 9 pm once during our 3 day stays. The AC fan is directly towards the bed without any possibility of adjusting properly. As a solution we turn off the AC and opened the balcony door. The light of the exit sign right above the door is very disturbing during the night.

It is a beautiful place where we have built a lifetime memory with our family and our friends. It's an amazing place where you could enjoy the lazy mornings with a spectacular Nikkiti beach view or you could enjoy the long nights with a spectacular sky view because the living room easily can be transformed into a luxury terrace having the starts above the heads and feeling refreshing sea breeze. Even is an open space style still it keeps a privacy corner, place for each flat area .For sure we'll come back to this place.

The location is exceptional. The appartment was fully furnished with all ammenities, the cleanness on extremely high level, hospitality of the owner -perfect. All in all this an excellent place to spend the vacation. The kindess of the owner is extraordinary.

There is nothing to add for improving because it is perfect. We are highly recommending this appartment to everyone that plans to visit Nikiti. I would lke to emphasize the stilyshly furnished and decorated the appartment and the corridor.

Everything was perfect, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, and always available with everything we needed. During our week stay the apartment was cleaned very nicely twice. The location is great, beach, market, lokumades great coffee, bakery are all very close, and even though it is in the center, the position of the apartments is turned so it's reasonably quiet. Overall it was a pleasant experience ☺️

We only stayed for one night but were very pleasantly surprised! The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and modern. There was plenty of space even in the standard room, the bed was comfortable, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Very fast communication and service provided exceeded expectations. We were so satisfied that we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for the great service!

The room is very comfortable and newly furnished. The location is excellent—just 30 meters from the sea and very close to all the tavernas and bars. No need to worry about noise, as the rooms face the garden and are very quiet. Most importantly, you will have Konstantina, who takes care of everything. She is incredibly kind and makes you feel at home. I truly appreciate her warm hospitality.
