I enjoyed the view from the balcony; Lake Garda looks stunning. I appreciated the staff and liked the room. The breakfast was perfect, offering a great variety and plenty of options to choose from. The daily cleaning in the apartment was excellent.

I was disappointed that, despite informing the hotel in advance that it was our honeymoon, we still received a room with two separate beds pushed together. Additionally, the parking lot was often full, requiring us to search for a parking spot frequently.

Good quality breakfast and amazing views. Sitting around at breakfast overlooking Lake Garda it was amazing as was the dinners. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The internet connection, as I needed to do some work this was problematic as the internet was far from stable. Although talking to staff, this was provider problem not a Hotel issue.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering travel tips and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation had a very charming and cozy atmosphere

The only issue was with the Wi-Fi — there was no signal in the room, although it worked fine in the rest of the property.

I was booked two rooms and we got not in the same building. One room was nice and modern like in bookings photo or other one old style room, just with nice view from balcony. Air conditioner not was working, but after few hour was fixed. Breakfast wasn’t nice too, just croissants lovely.

The Hotel has a magnificent view over the Garda lake which can be enjoyed from the restaurant, the pool area and and the room. It think this is the best view we have ever had from any Hotel we have stayed at. Our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the view and the summer evenings. Since the room can also be booked as an "apartment with kitchen" it do have a refrigerator where you can store some cold water etc. The breakfast offered a broad selection of cake, fruit, bread and dairy products. We also tried the restaurant which offer a selection of different dishes.

Opinion about location of a Hotel is a very subjective thing. This Hotel might have the lakes best location for the magnificent view over the lake. But to have this view you pay a price for location in relation to access to the lake, restaurants in the area etc. unless you want to go everywhere by car. The location of the hotel is located "uphill" in relation to the lake. If you like to have a walk to the lake or an evening dinner in the nearest city you need to prepare yourself to be in good shape. The lake is a good 20-30 minutes walk downhill on a steep road.

Hotel was really really ok. It feels that building has few years but everything was clean and working well. Comfortable beds, fridge in the room (working even when you are not in the room), air condition also ok, smart TV. Breakfasts were nice, there is no limit and everyone find something for yourself. Very kind personel. In my opinion it is needed to have a car, e-scooter or bike - there is a lot of hills around the Hotel.

The double bed is uncomfortable as you can feel the single beds coming apart as you sleep. The accommodation is lovely, just not ideal if you’re wanting to walk anywhere from the house - there’s no nearby cafe strip etc. also one day after being out all day our hotel door was left open by the cleaning staff - an accident but didn’t feel great. Not great dinner food at hotel.

A nice hotel rather close to the lake. Good breakfast and nice view on the lake. Greens around the hotel, good for dogs. Rooms come with a small balcony. Pet friendly and free parking. Our room had a small kitchen which is a nice addition. Staff was very kind and nice.

The hotel is a bit outdated, just as the furniture in the rooms. The caulk in the bathroom could use some maintenance. We had an interconnecting room and you could hear everything from the next room. Kinda weird but thankfully they weren't too loud.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the night, near Lake Garda. If the weather is not good, then take any room; if the sun is shining, then a room with a view of the lake will be more advantageous. View on the Lake very nice. Hotel has a lot of parking place. We had very good bathroom, with working heated towel rail.

There wasn't extractor hood in the bathroom. Cleanliness 7,5. Рelpful staff.
