The hotel is clean, well located in terms of the beach and it’s included as a pickup point for the excursions that are offered in Kemer which made a difference for us. A really lovely hotel.

I realise the bulk of the tourism in the area is Russian however As an English speaking guest it was extremely difficult to ask a question at reception or order something from the bar / pool bar / beach bar. We were not on the all inclusive so we tried to order different things to try out. It was a little frustrating but didn’t spoil our holiday at all. The location of the hotel is awesome in terms of the beach, however the rooms are not soundproofed, the hotel next door is really loud most nights, so it’s hard to sleep before 1am. It does stop! Some tea and coffee in the room would make such a difference.

Stuff is very lovely and helpful. Again thanks for the emergency with the Taxi at 3:30 am today for the guy in the reception Dinner and lunch are also very good. Especially cakes variety Pool, spa area and private beach are super nice. Cleaning everyday and also cosy room Excellent massages :)

1. WiFi in the room - tragic, didnt work most of the time. Literally opening a website was a 5 minut job 2. Breakfast - various cheese, egg and vegetable. But really nothing sweet. I would appreciate for example pancakes, some cakes, brioche or something like that 3. Gym - really small and poor equiped Well basically everyone was speaking to us in Russian and this is kindly disrespectful knowing history of Poland. I know that 90% of turists were from Russia but considering war at Ukraine and the gravity of situation would be nice to use English more often or double version at least

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Camyuva Beach Hotel - its very attentive and kind personnel made us feel home. Special thanks go to Alina, Adem and Adelya for their high professionalism and incredible hospitality. We enjoyed our daily swims, water polo games and aqua aerobics at the large swimming pool. There was a good selection of tasty food at the restaurant and excellent table service. The hotel is in about 200m from the beach with plenty of lounge chairs under umbrellas and also in the shade, under the trees. There is hotel’s caffe on the beach with picnic tables in the shade, where you can have drinks and snacks ( such as burgers, French fries and pizza). Everything was clean and very efficient. Right across from the entrance to the hotel there is a little shopping square with a couple of restaurants and stores selling fruits, sweets, clothes and traveling accessories. We also enjoyed our nightly dancing at the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we thank everyone at the hotel for your warm hospitality!

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. The beach is very close - just 5 minutes walk. We arrived very late at night and the hotel provided a dinner for us - it was a nice surprise especially with small kids. Food was good: a lot of vegetables and fruits. Rooms have a good outside sound isolation - when balcony door is closed loud music does not interrupt sleeping. It's not so good sound proof from people walking in the hallway but it was very quiet during our stay. Powerful and noseless air conditioning in each room. Nice spa with a massage and a Turkish bath. Overall, the hotel did not feel as overcrowded and that was also nice.

I wish there are more then only one room key. WiFi in the room was not good enough if you are planning to work but was fine for regular browsing and was better in the hallway. Also there was a WiFi on the beach.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Right from check-in, the welcoming receptionist set the tone with his consistent and genuine helpfulness. The restaurant is a standout - it's diverse, accommodating, and frequently surprises with special menus, making every meal an adventure. The private beach is spacious and well-equipped, ideal for both relaxation and activities. The hotel's evening entertainment was top-notch, with a dedicated team creating a lively atmosphere. Special recognition to the two women who provided exceptional care for our toddler. In a nutshell, this hotel offers excellent facilities and superior service. I'd strongly recommend it for a satisfying, worry-free stay.

Food was very delicious - we were offered different types of meat and fish every day, lots of fruit and vegetables, a lot of cheese, coffee and tea and other beverages are available all day long, staff is great and welcoming (not too, but very friendly); Reception - we were warmly welcomed by Adelya upon arrival, she took care of everything that we would need during our stay, answered all my questions; in general, all reception staff is great, I just forgot their names.

In general, hotel rooms need renovation; please hire more staff to take care of proper cleanliness in the rooms. The cleaning staff that you currently have is just great, but they have too much workload. Internet is poor, we live in the 21st century, that could be properly taken care of.

- more variety of beverages included in the all inclusive price ( alcoholic and not alcoholic), like juices in the bottles instead of from the machine, which was really sweet and not 100%juice.

We stayed in the annex building, it was nice and quiet there, we had the pool for ourselves most of the time. And we had the benefit of using all facilities at the main building when we wanted to. The apartments were big, well equipped, good for cooking, overall staying there as a family with a 6-year old child was smooth and comfortable. Restaurant was a bit crowded during peak hours, but everyone in the family could find something tasty to eat there. The beach was big, enough space and sunbeds for everyone. The personel was very nice and helpful. Overall solid experience for the money for a 4-star all-inclusive in Turkey.

Very good location, there are lots shops, bazaars and pharmacies around. Amazing stuff, especially Mehmet. Very kind and friendly man who always make you smile.

Bad Wi-Fi in rooms, but it’s better in the lobby and near bars.
