This place offers top-notch entertainment, with a wide variety of games and activities throughout the day and captivating shows in the evening. There's also dedicated entertainment for kids, ensuring everyone has a great time. The large pool, complete with fun slides, is perfect for all ages. The entertainment crew goes above and beyond to keep guests engaged, and every staff member is incredibly polite and attentive. Mustafa, in particular, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is delicious, with an extensive array of choices. The rooms are spotless, and the massages are equally relaxing. It's truly a fantastic place to stay.

Location is perfect and Hotel is really clean...

The behavior of the lifeguard on the beach was really bad...

The moment we arrived at the hotel, we were made to feel welcome. The people working there were very friendly. A man named Burak at the reception was really nice. He helped with all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel rooms are big and clean. The bed we slept in was super comfortable. Our room had two bedrooms, perfect for our big family. There was a king-size bed for adults and two other beds for the kids. The hotel also has some fun things to do. There is a spa center with a swimming pool, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. There is also a tennis court and a place to play billiards. For the kids, there is a fun playground and a special room where they can play. The food at this hotel is great. They have tasty meals all day and everything is included in the price. Very close to the hotel, just 5 to10 minutes of walking, you can find a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed spending time at the outdoor swimming pool at the hotel. It's big and clean. During warm days, it is an excellent place to cool off and relax.

It would be better to have more variety of fruits, exotic seaside meals, or Turkish meals.

The food is excellent, big high five to the chefs and the servers the pool is fantastic with a lot of funny activities for everybody. The housekeeping service was neet and on time. the night events were diversified and entertaining.

The Wi-Fi service is terrible and I didn't use it during all my stay, I had to activate a pricy data roaming package to stay connected, I advise getting a cheap local SIM card with a fat data allowance. The online support is not responsive and provides high prices for extra services, I asked for airport pickup they asked for 160€ while a regular taxi costs less than half of the price. also, I tried to book extra days, but they reported that it's fully booked while I still see available rooms on hotel booking sites.

Aqua and the pool were good, animation team was great. They allowed early check-in, the room was ready around 1300h but we were allowed to have breakfast and enjoy the pool while waiting..

No WIFI in room 7114. The food was good but the menu was almost the same everyday. I asked for a room on a higher floor, they confirmed the request but we stayed on the ground floor...

the hotel is nice the location the beach access and the swimming pools , the food everything was perfect . the variety of good and the kindness of the staff amazing . good team for entertainment .small issue but i will visit it again

they don’t have a good housekeeping service . we stayed for 8 days they didn’t change the beds sheets all the 8 days. they don’t have first aid kit . if you need something urgent u need to visit the pharmacy facing the hotel . no airport pickup only taxi desk available. the front desk team need training to take the reception in a high level . small issue happened but they are tricksters . regardless all this i will visit again

Pool area. Buffet plenty of food, different types of food.

Some facilities didn't work at all, the pool area at the end of the day was a little bit dirty.

Staff were excellent all friendly. Food was good so many choices

Not in enough beds around the pool or people placing towels and never sitting on the beds

The staff and food are great. Slides are good

Room view was bad, to the road with some strange shops
