Lovely location, nice and very well maintained hotel. Food was delicious. The restaurant is definitely one of the biggest pros of this hotel - lots of variations, I even fed my 1 year old there, there were lots of options for small kids. Kids club really does its job - my boys had lots of fun. Special thanks to Miss Me 8kgnsure. Playground was amazing too. Housekeeping was great. I would love to come back next year.

Reception staff - I spent 4 days calling and approaching them in person asking to send someone pick up my swimsuit that fell over the balcony on the roof (I saw a guy coming to do it from time to time). Every time they were saying that they sent someone but I had to leave without it. 4 days!!! This is ridiculous guys

Rooms cleaned daily, very clean everywhere actually unlike the comments suggested in the reviews. Great sea and mountain views. Lots to do in the hotel. Looks like its going through a rebrand phase, but for better good.

Reception staff are a bit selfish, making deals with taxi drivers to charge you 100-200 lira on top of the meter charge. Coffee machines are a bit slow, and Russians getting prioritised over anything. Minibar never refilled.

Our trip to Antalya and the Amara Comfort Hotel was a dream come true. Ninety percent of the appeal of the hotel came from its incredible staff. A special mention goes to Ms. Margarita from the guest relations team, as well as the entertainment group, including Buğra, Naz, Ronaldo, Ahmet, and Ms. Esen, who truly made our experience unforgettable. The hotel bar also deserves special recognition, especially the bartender named Aziz, who made every effort to communicate with guests in their native languages and served us with expert-level cocktails. While the hotel had some minor shortcomings, these were more than compensated for by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. The food was excellent - tasty, diverse, abundant, really fantastic. The spa is a nice typical hammam experience with a friendly reception and excellent massage staff.

Cleanliness is to be improved and the main reception staff could have been more responsive and helpful.

The staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Additionally, they constantly monitor their WhatsApp session so it was easy to reach Guest relations for anything. The location was as perfect as it could be! Set slightly outside of Kemer and about 45 minute drive to Antalya, we felt close to things but far enough away to be comfortable. Lots of shops just outside the front of the resort for shopping and drinks if we wanted to go out. Also, close to many activities. The breakfast was always excellent - the selection of different foods was outstanding. Lunch and dinner were also amazing. A wide variety of food was always available and the buffet's were always well stocked. The wait staff were always around to help with food, tables, and drinks. The Bistro opens at 22:00 and is open all night for snacks and drinks - this was very helpful as we arrived late in the evening. The champagne bar and pastry bar were perfect - opened at the right time for an evening snack or drinks. The entertainment was just about right - some for the kids and some for the adults. Music, dancing, and fun... and everything stopped by 23:00.

The only thing to improve is the closing time of breakfast. We went swimming in the morning and barely made it back in time for breakfast. By the time we made it back and showered, it was time to shut down the breakfast. So maybe serve breakfast for another 30 minutes. the food was really good. Coffee is always available, but not always from every espresso machine. Perhaps the pool could stay open a hotel later also.

This was our second time staying at Amara Comfort Resort, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations! We want to give a special shoutout to Nargiza, the lovely lady at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She kindly arranged an early check-in, a free room upgrade to a spacious family suite, and even helped us with a late check-out. Throughout our stay, she was always friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. Thank you, Nargiza – you truly made a difference! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the animation team kept both kids and adults entertained every day. The resort offers excellent value for money, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

The bar staff were amazing (Aziz we are looking at you) Food was good but more variety like sushi night (more than once a week) would be good. The animators were all so lovely (Ronaldo and Bruno) Surrounding area view is perfect (mountains and sea) Shops just outside of hotel (we had to nip to the pharmacy and it was a 10 second walk)

Bathroom had a weird smell when the toilet was flushed and it lingered. Lots of facilities were shut (gym, jacuzzi, ice cream area) I imagine it wouldn't be an issue during peak season but I'm a little bummed that we couldn't use half the stuff advertised. Wasn't harassed by staff at all to buy or do anything, our quiet time was respected.

It was obvious that there is not enough staff (housekeeping especially). The lockers room in the Spa was bad.
