Almost everything was amazing, rooms are really comfortable, food is really nice and personel was really kind, attentive.

I had a little accident on the last day and I needed a doctor, even thought it was urgent doctor kept talking to other people and didnt even look at me. When he came, without even examining or asking questions he said just go to hospital with an attitude.

the food was great with a large variety, which is very important especially when you travel with kids. the public areas are very clean and well maintained. we travelled as a big family (20 ppl) and it felt like this place is exactly the place for us

the rooms thou were not so clean. this is the only disappointing thing at this great resort

The hotel offered a service worth the price. Meals were great. The naturalness of the hotel fascinated us. We felt at home. Despite a long 8-night trip, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and spent our days to the fullest. Room cleanliness was great. Especially Ms. Bircan, who served our room, is an excellent staff!

Some of the hotel staff were unable to manage the crowd. A few times our orders have been neglected, even though we have told the staff separately. The extra bed comfort provided was completely below expectations. It was a complete misfortune that the hotel did not have a lounge or study area.

Spa Turkish bath and massage was excellent very friendly and experienced. Rooms were cleaned up in detail . Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had amazing time with my family in KIMEROS PARK HOLIDAY VILLAGE

Satisfied with every side of vacation: service, food, location, weather…. Only regret is too short , would like come back

Everything was great! Maybe wi-fi quality could be improved - not all hotel area is covered and signal strength sometimes rather weak.

Property landscape is truly amazing, all in pine trees which creates perfect shadow! And there is enough space to walk around and enjoy the beauty of their gardens! Kids room has also lots to offer! We were lucky to go to Octoberfest event there, and it was organised really above any expectations! Bars has also lots to offer for different tastes!

French speaking animation is full of arrogance and rudeness! Two member of this team brought mats to the sports area in a complete silence not announcing any sort of activities, when I asked to use one of the mats, a guy told me it’s only for sport, to which I replied ok, that’s what I need it for. He went on and said you don’t have trainers (really weird comment from entertainment team), I was in a swimsuit and was going to do some gymnastics with my baby. When I eventually were given permission to take one mat, he said I will need back in two minutes! And guess what he was literally counting down, and while I was on a mat with my baby he came and said get off I need the mat back. He then brought all the mats back to their station and went to enjoy the time after class which nobody attended. He was coming to the sports area with mats at least twice a day, just staying there in complete silence and then carrying it back. What a convenient way to tick the box of facilitating some activities. And actually taking it, in a very disrespectful manner, from those who want to use it in their own way. These two “entertainment” staff members not only never announced any activities or said hello, or even just smiled, they literally stood in front of us at the evening show turning their back to us despite lots of free space to stay around. After escalating the situation to the hotel management, I was told that their manager wanted to speak with me but apparently “was very busy”, and as we all know the fish gets rotten from the head. The only entertainment that guest could always see, know about and participate was organised by two russian speaking girls. Have no idea what these other “entertainment” people are paid for as they do worse than nothing!
