I can confidently say it's the best hotel I've ever experienced. I had read positive reviews about the hotel on Booking.com, Google, and TripAdvisor, so I decided to book it, but I didn't expect such great amenities at such a reasonable price. Many previous travelers have praised the excellent food quality, cleanliness, and more, so you must try the excellent experience we had. But I'd like to share my opinion from another angle. Certainly, behind all these excellent amenities, there's a very smart and professional management team along with a team of very professional and friendly staff who deserve thanks and appreciation for continuing their work with even more energy. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant, always ready to provide services with a smile, even when they were busy working alone, you could tell from their faces how happy and satisfied they were to work in this environment. After breakfast, different staff members would regularly visit guests by the pool and outdoor areas to invite them to entertaining activities and ask if they needed any help or had any problems. I really can't express in words the positive energy and good vibes that my friends and family experienced in this hotel, and I highly recommend that you experience it too. Also, a big thank you to the strong and good team, keep up the great work! ❤️

Maybe the temperature of the pool can be warm

This resort was the best part of our whole trip to Turkey and Greece. The location is beautiful, and so is the resort, I can not fault this hotel. We arrived early in the morning, way before check-in and were allowed to freshen up in the spa area and make full use of the facilities right from the start. You do not need to leave this hotel. It caters to your every need. My children had the best time. There was a full itinerary prepared for the children for the day. It ended with a kids 'disco' each evening. The child carers were exceptional. The food was excellent and a great variety to choose from as well as different venues to eat from. It was truly all-inclusive, in terms of drinks, food, and desserts. I will most certainly return and cannot recommend this resort enough.

If I had to mention one thing, the shower head in our bathroom was not fixed and it caused the whole bathroom to become flooded when showering. Since it moved out of position due to water pressure.

We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of it. Everything was spot on – from the warm welcome at check-in to the high standards of service, food, and facilities. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was delicious and varied, and the cleanliness across the entire hotel was absolutely top-notch. The location was perfect. The only small challenge we encountered was the language. Most of the communication was in Turkish and Russian, which made things a bit tricky for us as English speakers. However, this was only a minor issue and didn’t take much away from the overall experience. All in all, a fantastic hotel that we can definitely recommend – and we would love to return!

It would be a better experience for us had more of the personnel been able to speak English, but that's a minor detail and we still rate this hotel excellent.

Great hotel in a park. Silent environment. Good for relax. Family friendly. Very good for congress tourism too. Food is excellent. Well done for the chefs and all the kitchen staff. Excellent work of the park workers. No tree has been cut! Wow!

The reception staff is rather slow and they speak a very good Russian and Turkish, but a poor English, so this makes the reception not quite efficient. Communication with the hotel and office was difficult before the stay. Guest relation department compensates these inefficiencies, but our impression was that they are overcharged.

We planned a short trip for three days, kind of a stopover, and did not think much while choosing the hotel. Mirada Del Mar appeared to be a fantastic place, all inside a green park with pine trees, palm trees and flowers. One could hear birds all the time and it gave a wonderful feeling of being in the nature. All members of the family liked the all inclusive restaurant, me personally enjoyed the verity of greens and vegetables, verity of cheeses and the grilled buffet. There were plenty of fruits, deserts and drinks. I saw the chefs out in the buffet space a few times, they were reviewing the way the food was served and what people were choosing and after we noticed changes in food arrangement. I like that). From actives - there is a lot to do for small kids and for adults. We spent time swimming and sunbathing, which was lovely. The stuff is very welcoming and enough.

There is no outdoor gym. We are morning people and prefer exercise in the mornings, but the indoor gym was opening at 9 am, which is late for us.

The facilities are excellent and ideal for kids. This was my fourth time there. The food was as good as always, and the animation staff—especially Can and Sia—were very welcoming.

Not much to complain about, but we did request a thinner pillow. The initial response was that all pillows are standard, which didn’t seem accurate, as my wife and I had pillows of different thicknesses. That said, it was sorted out later without issue. The food is still excellent overall, though during my last visit, every single dish I tried was outstanding. This time, a few items were not as well prepared—nothing major, but the average food quality felt slightly lower in comparison. One last point: it would be great if the indoor pool had some heating, especially for guests visiting outside of the high season.

I did a research to find out a very peaceful and relaxing environment for a short holiday in Turkey before comes from Dublin, Ireland ….. and then me and my wife found Mirada Del Mar - Kemer hotel in Antalya. Due to domestic transfer we checked in very early morning. But hotel staff was very helpful and until we allowed for breakfast and lunch until our check in time at 2pm. Also, at the last date they provided other all facilities to us since we stay extra time after our check out for the Dublin Flight. Hotel provided all inclusive price during booking, but there were things we did not really expected; - such as unlimited food and beverages, all the day at different bars (multiple bars at different locations to reach easily from beach, lobby and other relaxing locations) - every night musical show with DJ or musicians - Aqua sport pool and swimming pool games - Other sports and daily activities - two big swimming pools - daily disco dance bar - unlimited food buffet during breakfast / lunch / dinner - snack bar - wellness and spa center (we tried Turkish bath / coffee peeling and relaxing massage); therapists were absolutely good, highly recommended We would like to remind Anna; guest relations officer for her kind helps to us during stay and overall all the senior and minor staff and they are very polite, helpful and provided us great hospitality during our stay. Also we noted lot of families were enjoying with their kids since hotel provided lot of free activities for kids. Neatness and management is excellent. Overall we highly recommended this Mirada Del Mar - Kemer hotel for any international or local guest without any hesitate. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing to mention specially, everything was perfect and well managed.

Daily morning, lunch, diner buffets were great with a high variety of different foods with some prepared in front of you. Turkish spa, steam and sauna were nice and easy access to in Hotel. Turkish massage programme with salt peeling and hot stones were a great experience. Table tennis equipment was available at the tables so didn’t need to ask reception every time. Football pitch and mini zoo area was nice. Beach area and sea to swim in was great with the pier and access to cocktails. Water sport activities were good with the activities recorded by drone to buy afterwards. Staff were friendly and upgraded us to a family room upon arrival free of charge. Live evening music entertainment (and mini disco) was good playing a mix of turkish - english songs

Pools were not heated. The hotel didn’t have a small sand beach for kids. Hired tennis racquets at hotel that were old (15euro) and courts needed to be resurfaced. A bit too many birds in one of the zoo cages. Neighbour hotel played loud disco music till 23.30 on the first night we arrived and just wanted to rest

Overall a good hotel. Large territory, lots of greenery. I really liked the mini-zoo. The food was delicious and varied, there are many cocktails to choose from in the bars (however, they are made by eye, not according to recipes, so it is not always delicious). Wi-Fi was also ok - both in the room and on site.

The pillows were terrible! They are very dense and tall. It was impossible to sleep. I heard other guests complaining about it too. We were in October, when there weren't many guests, and we still had to get up early to take sun beds by the sea

We have been looking for a long time for a hotel that would meet our requirements for this year's holiday in Turkey, and we can say that Mirada del Mar fulfilled them. As a family, we had the Family Room, which I definitely recommend to families with older children (6+). The hotel and its surroundings were absolutely clean during our stay. We also have to highlight a wide selection of meals throughout the day.

I would recommend the hotel to prohibit guests from placing mixed and other drinks on the edge of the pool. There are small children around the pools, who can spill drinks into the pool due to their inattention, which may not be pleasant for others.
