First of all the staff were just amazing, specially animation team Arda, Sait, Mehmet and Dilek! Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! So funny, friendly, outgoing and ready to help and support with any queries! Lots of entertainment throughout the day! Specially I would like to highlight the evening show program, it’s a world class show, which is very unusual to see in a 4 star hotel! Bravo! Thaaaank you to all animation team once again ! The hotels is drowning among green trees, rooms are very clean , changing bed sheets and towels daily. Food is great and lots of variety every day! Pool is big and there were never a problem to find a sunbed! Overall the hotel is much recommended

Nothing at all! All was perfect

The hotel is renovated, the setting is spacious and very pleasant, overlooking the mountains. Large, clean pool, very good water park. The kids club is beautiful and very clean with lots of activities for the little ones. Private beach nearby, about a 5-7 minutes walk. The beach is very clean with crystal clear warm water (water shoes are required as there are pebbles). The buffet was beyond our expectations, very varied and delicious. The service was impeccable. The hotel is kid-friendly, if you are a couple who want to relax away from the noise of children this hotel is not for you.

When we arrived, the room wasn't very well cleaned; there was a bit of dust in the dressing room, and the floor under the bed wasn't cleaned. The daily housekeeping was poor; we had to complain every time to get good service. The bathroom door wouldn't close. And there was a very strong smell coming from the drain opening, so we had to close it.

A wonderful experience at Sherwood Greenwood Resort! Everything was great – the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The resort has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with most guests being lovely Russian and English families, along with a few other nationalities. The activities were fun and diverse, and I especially enjoyed the Colombian music band – they brought amazing energy to the evenings! The only small downside was the snack times, which could have been better scheduled. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for families with children. Don’t hesitate you’ll have a fantastic time! 🌟

The food was great and very variable, the same applied to cocktail bars. The quality of bars near each location (swimming pool, sea, aqua-park) was very good. Also the hotel staff and management was very well-organised, polite and generally nice. Aquapark in the hotel was great, not huge but super fun with cool water slides for adults.

The cleaning was not very perfect in the room, but still okay. Also the transport desk was not very helpful, and it was more expensive to book transport in hotel than online.

It was a very good choice for family and kids. The hotel was clean and the staff was kind and helpful.food are delicious but repeated specially for lunch. Salad bar and dessert was goodEvery night, the hotel had various and beautiful shows and intertaiment. The hotel has relatively good slides and water games for children and adults Which is very diverse and attractive. special thanks to Mr Sahan at reservation that speaks English fluently.

1_We reserve one triple room from booking about 10 day before our arrival date but when we arrived they told us that the triple rooms are not available! They offered us a family room but charge us 200 $ more thats not pleasant 😕.the rooms at fourth floor was hot too. 2_the towels will change if u asked. they are washed but still had some stain on it . 3_ the spa and Hamam can be better and need improvement.

We liked the place overall. Friendly staff, tasty various food, free gym, nice swimming pool, swimming pool for kids with slides for kids.

The most we hated animation in the evening. It is too loud... and lasts till 11. It was a problem since my baby goes to sleep around 8pm. The furniture in the room is old, the beach wasn't too clean.. But overall the stay was good.

We had an incredible time at Greenwood Hotel! The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, with a vast array of options daily. The beach was pristine and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The evening entertainment was the highlight of our stay - absolutely fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was cozy and comfortable, although the shower could benefit from some improvement. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Greenwood Hotel. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I liked the taste and variety of foods, the all-inclusive formula with the different bars. For kids the water slides are big fun even though the water in the water play-ground (for smallest kids) was just too cold for anyone to play there, even in October. But still our youngs really loved it.

The room wasn't really modern, not that bad to make us unhappy but certainly not at the level of European or Western 4 stars hotel. "Oldish" with cheap furniture, especially the bathroom. They could clean a bit better the pool areas.

First of all enjoyed the patience and kindness of staff members including with the exception of one guy on the reception i will cover later. Food is good everywhere shawarma, fried chicken, gelseme you name it as well as that you get free cocktails with real alcohol which is rare props to that.Water slides are better than in some of the five star hotels.Incredible quality sauna is free.Beach is great.Price to quality ratio is exceptional.

The guy at the reception was very rude fortunately he did not check me in he straight up lied to guests about a lot of things.Unfortunately restaurant food is very repetitive and does not have that special something even though it’s high quality and tastes amazing.Room cleaning is not on the level bed sheets were not changed at all.Animation is just non existent the main guy is just a joke in a bad way. There are activates table with everything that’s fun water polo, air soft, darts and only darts is actually announced and played other activities are ignored.There are two black skinned male guys who always try to speak with woman can speak 4 common languages russian german english turkish avoid them.

Food was brilliant-loads of choice and tasty! Plus convenient beach bar with lunch options there. Gozleme was superb too-made in front of you! -all staff members are super friendly and let me clarify some other reviews-people in reception DO speak good English plus many other languages!!! But you cannot expect every staff member to speak each language! Room interior-all clean and accurate even though some modernisation could happen BUT for the price it offers its an amazing value! Wifi in rooms is Free!! Which is great bonus!even sometimes i could catch it on the beach which was wow!!! Only caveat-please dont expect superfast 5G internet :) Thank you team-mum,aunt&pregnant me had an amazing stay! Will defo come back!!! :)♡

There is only one downside-we were in the main building family foom (2 rooms)- there was quite a lot of noise from evening disco from a neighbouring hotel (all went quite after 12am though).
