For a 5-day family holiday as Grandparents & Son daughter in law & grandson ideal. Many activities for young children (age 2) nice food good choice. Lots of safe swimming pools for little ones. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Thank you.

Great location, beautiful, green and well managed territory. Excellent stuff - always ready to help and acting proactively. The beach and pool areas are very nice. Super great rooms in the Residence buidling!

In general - nothing. For the money we paid - it was more than enough. Maybe I would like to have more grilled meat choise in th restauratn (eg lamb chops etc), but theese are just my view.

Everything was perfect all the facilities was near , differnt entertainments and activities for all the ages especially for children, the hotel is designed well we easily arrived to our destinations ,fresh tasty food everyday , perfect staff . Stronger recommended

The day of arrival, when we arrived around 4-5pm there was no food. I didn’t care about us but our 1.5 year old child was hungry. I even offered I can pay for sth but unfortunately no one cared. So we had to go to the city and get food. Another thing was airport transfer. We booked it from the company that had their corner in the hotel. Unfortunately no one arrived to picked us up and we had to take taxi to do not be late for our flight back. Even if that company was external, they had their spot in the hotel so they “kind of” cooperating. We trusted them only because resort trusted them

This was our first stay at a Turkish all-inclusive, having mostly frequented Greek and Spanish resorts earlier. It did not disappoint and exceeded expectations in some areas - like vegetarian food choices. The location is great and the staff is helpful. The food choices are excellent for meat eaters and also for vegetarian diets. The facilities are well maintained, and the hotel grounds are meticulously groomed. We enjoyed taking early morning walks through the grounds with the sweet smell of flowers greeting you as you step out of the hotel building (we were in the residence buidling). The rooms were very spacious exceeding our expectations based on pictures we saw on booking.com, and the provision of connected family rooms which could be converted to an apartment by closing off a part of the corridor at night time was a key factor in our choice of hotel. We especially loved the Gozleme stall in the kebab house, with the very friendly and cheerful lady that made them to order (picture attached). She deserves a pat on the back for bringing a smile to guests' faces as she prepares the gozleme to order. The heated pool is very handy if visiting early or late in the season - we spend 9 nights in April with the first half having overcast days where we made full use of the heated pool. The main pool was too cold to be used during this time. The weather in the second half of our stay was warm enough to venture into the sea. The kids spent a day on the slides in the separate kids' pool area. It is a small waterpark but more than sufficient for kids up to pre-teens. Older ones might find it boring after a few goes. Adults are allowed to go with their children onto the slides, which was very helpful for those with younger kids. It would have been great if the hotel's private pier on the beach was open earlier with the stairs attached to descend to the sea rather than having to wade in from the shore, which is a bit pebbly.

The spa where you collect pool towels has a member of staff that is very pushy in marketing their massage options, repeatedly and rather annoyingly every single time you go there. This staff member also carries this marketing into the pool area which interferes with the enjoyment of guests. The individual does not take a polite no thanks. It was a rare exception to an overall relaxed and easygoing vibe from all other staff. We mentioned this to reception during our stay, and they requested that a comment be included in our review as a physical feedback book was not available.

Great resort, especially for families with kids. We liked areas for kids a lot, there are indoor and 2 outdoor playgrounds in shade, lots of activities. There are lots of pine trees in the area, which is great. Beach is great, food is great as well. Stuff was amazing, very helpful, polite. One of the pools was warmed up, which is amazing in early season. We definitely want to come back

All of the below is rather good to great, we would love to come back for sure! - glasses for tea were consistently not clean. We had to wash them with hot water every time before pouring some tea - music was pretty loud and on one day of the week for later than 23:00. Our room had windows to the pool area, it would be nice to locate families in those sides of the resort where music is less loud.

Many little but annoying things around food: - Uncomfortable dining room chairs. Chair handles prevent from chairs to go under the table so there's constant feeling of sitting too far from table - Soy milk was the real issue. I needed to ask it each time my child wanted to eat corn-flex and to wait. There were no milk shake with soy milk in kids bar. In many other hotels it's just available like a regular milk - Most adult meat dishes were to spicy for kids. My children are already eating regular food but do not like spicy food. Kids "restaurant" is for little kids --- The beach by itself quite comfortable but the picture changes right after entering water: big, slippery and uncomfortable stones instead of sand and little fishes are biting your legs

The hotel is satisfying in every respect. This was our second visit with our 4-year-old child — we had also stayed here last year, making it the first time we returned to the same hotel the very next year. The kids’ concept is excellent in terms of price-performance. Every day there are activities for children, both during the day and in the evening. The animation team is fantastic — they work with great enthusiasm and ensure entertainment at every moment and in every corner of the hotel. The hygiene team is incredible. The hotel is kept spotless at all times, and it’s impressive how certain areas remain perfectly clean throughout the day. Last year, we felt the pool bar was a bit lacking, but this year we were delighted to see it had been completely renovated to a very high standard. The staff are wonderfully friendly and always smiling. The food quality and variety are very good. Every evening, there are multiple events in different areas. If you want to enjoy live music, it’s there every night; if you prefer a quieter atmosphere for conversation, the beach bar offers a great ambiance. Whether it’s the pool or the sea, the overall experience fully justifies the price.

From our perspective, there’s nothing lacking. Some have mentioned that the amphitheater animations are insufficient — yes, they may seem a bit limited, but with such a great atmosphere and live music at the Life Bar every night, we don’t see this as a big issue. The rooms could be modernized further, but they are by no means outdated as they are now, and they are more than adequate. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms are ideal, and if modernized, they would be truly outstanding. This is not a drawback of the hotel, but just for information — the sea is pebbly, so water shoes might be needed.

The personnel were very friendly, always smiling, working hard. The nightly entertainment programs were of high quality. The rooms are highly comfortable.

The main problem with this hotel was the air conditioning in the common places. We had stayed at the same hotel last year, also, and at that time this was not an issue at all. However, this year, the A/C was either not working or being operated at a very low setting in the lobby and indoor restaurant area. This made eating or spending some relaxing time in the lobby area highly uncomfortable. The main reason is probably the very high electricity prices in Turkey in this year (for which the hotel has no responsibility, of course). Nevertheless, this A/C problem was quite annoying. The employees were also complaining, because they are constantly working under these uncomfortable conditions.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The garden and surrounding area are stunning, and the hotel is located right by the clear sea – rocky, but we were aware of that beforehand. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were spacious enough, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything well-stocked. The nurse at the hotel who helped us was so friendly . We're very glad we chose this hotel and would happily return if we visit this area again.
