The hotel was absolutely outstanding in terms of service – every staff member was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and elegantly designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The atmosphere throughout the hotel exuded sophistication and tranquility. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options. The location was perfect – central yet peaceful. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, reflected a commitment to excellence. A truly remarkable stay that exceeded all expectations.

The View from the room was fantastic ( sea from one side and mountain from another), location and proximity to the beach ( pebbles), clean beach with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, shower, changing cabin, variety of food - with loads of fruits, vegetables and greens, animation team and entertainment were fantastic, swimming pools with slides well appreciated. We loved beach bar with snacks and drinks particularly gozlemes that were made in front of us. SPA facilities were good but would rather have one professional completing the course of massages then different personnel each day. We didn’t use indoor swimming pool, gym or sauna.

On our arrival no information was provided about hotel facilities and activities for our stay. Bathroom door lock was broken, the staff member used scissors to open it up as we could not access it. Till the end of our stay the lock was not repaired. The fridge in the room didn’t work. Few times it was highlighted to the reception but was not attended too. For five star hotel the room did not meet our expectations. Table, drawers, safe were stained and not used. On the balcony would be great to have drying racks instead of just strings. Just small comment about food- sometimes we did not know what was on the menu. More labels would be great specially around pastries, desserts and colourful yogurts.

Location is comfortable for relax, because it's not in Kemer. No loud sounds from streets, calm town where hotel is. Food is really good - every day food was different and very tasty, no objections for that. Beach is about 100meters from hotel (you will have to cross street). Own beach is clear, everytime you can find sunbed, no need worry about that. Also, next to the beach is Beach bar where you can grab a drink and snacks. Hotel rooms was cleaned everyday.

When we were looked hotel, we not found that hotel is suitable for families (might we missed that) - all animation programs is for kids and it's same everyday. Would be great that will be more programs for adults as well. Staff mainly speaks russian, because main tourists are from Russia and Kazachstan. Not strongest point is cocktails - for example, if you like to get GinTonic, you probably will not get it or it would be kind different.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the sea was a huge plus, allowing for easy and quick access to the beach. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

The hotel seemed to cater heavily to Russian tourists, which might be a consideration for some guests. Additionally, the beach experience was less than ideal. There were constantly people walking around offering overpriced services, which detracted from the feeling of being at a serene resort. At times, it felt more like being at a crowded lake in a small Eastern European town rather than a relaxing seaside getaway.

Good animation and activities, varied evening program. Beautiful beach with nice view and everything you need. Good SPA zone with hamam and steam sauna, Nice lounge zone and lobby.

So-so food, grill only for chicken. Not friendly staff. Queues in bars. GYM opening hours from 9:00 to 19:00. Repeating playlist music from 2010 on the beach and disco.

We’d amazing one week staying in this hotel restaurant staff, swimming pool, beach bar personal they’re perfect and helpful. Location is good just 10 minutes by Taxi to Kemer center

There’s not WiFi service in the room (priced) they provided Wi-Fi service in public saloon, I had a negative experience with the administration and accounting staff as they insisted on cash payment instead of accepting my Mastercard. Which was quite inconvenient, However my Mastercard was working in all markets nearby and Kemer city’s malls.

Our room was absolutely amazing, offering views of both the sea and the mountains. It was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The dining experience was equally delightful, with a diverse selection of delectable dishes. We were particularly impressed by the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, and the salads were both interesting and delicious. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to assist us. Although the water in the pools was too cold in the end of May and there were hardly any people swimming inside, their appearance was very welcoming and we're sure it would be delightful to enjoy them during hotter days.

The hotel caters mainly for Russian speaking guests and the kids club and all the entertainment is only in Russian. All the Russian speaking kids had a great time there, but it was a problem for us to leave our 4.5 years old there, because he couldn't communicate and felt different. The meat dishes could be more tasteful.

The location is very good, food is very good, staff are very friendly and helpful. We got early check in and late checkout for free which was surprising and very pleasant, as we had late flight. Pool is super clean. Only thing is that Hotel needs renovation and more to be attentive to cleanness.

The Animation and all the stuff was in Russian, feels like it was Russian resort. Would be great to mix and to have English animation for those who doesn't speak Russian language. And cleanness.

Friendly staff. One of the pools was heated, so at this time of the season (April) we were still able to use the pool. Got a room with a nice view ( sea and pool view). The rooms, facilities and all areas were clean. Kids liked the play areas. The beach is just around 2 mins walk from the hotel. Sauna & steam room were free to access.

Communication was very challenging as most staff were unable to speak English except the ones at reception. Many instructions were only in Russian as most guests seemed to be from Russia. The animations / programs were not in English and I felt like I was an odd man out :) The pool with slides were not heated, so didn't use that pool much as it was cold at this time of the season.

The location is lovely, lots of green and the air is excellent. Rooms are modern and cleaned thoroughly. Friendly staff, awesome SPA and massages, very nice hookah. Coffee machine has good coffee. Very comfortable beds. I'll come back!

The kitchen could be improved. Perhaps less option of better quality 🙂 Wine is very low quality. The indoor pool was too cold. Outside pools could be a bit more warmer.
