They need to work more on their sweets & cakes of the buffet. Staff were very polite except one person: There was an old man with yellow dyed hair working with the lifeguard team near the water slides, he was very rude (I’ve been to Turkey more than 10 times and never had such rude experience) I asked him about the water slides (which is something related to his job) but he walked away, I told him I’m talking to you!!! He just replied YES and go

All inclusive options are totally valuable for money. Kingdom of Sea was amazing! The entire property was blooming with happy faces, overal had an amazing experience staying here. Very good for all age groups, there's lot to do in this resort so plan for long stay.

WiFi at room was payable

The room was good and clean. The staff is very hospitable, my great thanks! The aquapark is really exciting - you can even swim in pool with sea fish in it. Food was really-really delicious during the whole day and you always have a good choice. Beer and free cocktails are surprisingly good too, great thanks to bartenders for their hard job. I also visited SPA and it was super relaxing and high quality for fair price. It was my place to have a rest after hiking on Lycian way and I got everything I expected and more. Will visit this hotel again.

It was extremely crowded We've got an old room with the wallpaper rolling of the wall. The concept & design is lovely, it just needs to be renovated/ repainted.

Check in after 12 pm, the towels given in reception at morning iend at 12 pm, so how can we swim at the arrival day? Will you put them in room as all other resorts

Liked the kingdom of sea during the day, food and snaks and drinks are good and all the time we found something to eat and drink. The family room is big enough.

Cleanness in the hotel and furniture and facilities need to be improved. I suffered from my double bed matress. It was broken on the left side, i think. The guy in charge of towels and spa is extremely rude. The envelope of room key cards was reused and dirty with food leftovers.

The restaurant was quite overcrowded, which made it a bit hectic and hard to fully relax. That said, the food itself was decent and enjoyable once we got settled. The highlight for us was definitely the Kingdom with the slides — great craic and loads of fun, especially for the kids. Overall, a mixed experience but some great moments!

We really enjoyed the Kingdom of Sea park that was apart of the hotel. There were a lot of pools, waterslides and many activities. There is a foam party, archery activity, shooting activity, and different shows each night. All of the games and activities were very fun to take part in. We specifically enjoyed the archery activity the most! The staff were all very friendly, and energetic. The ocean was also clear and beautiful.

The hotel rooms are a little bit outdated.
