The staff provided a comfortable crib, baby-friendly meals, and even toys to keep my little one entertained. The resort's calm and serene environment made it easy for my baby to rest and play, ensuring a stress-free vacation for the whole family. Whether lounging by the pristine pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or exploring the local attractions, every moment was pure bliss. i dont like the reception attitude they are not flexiable and non cooprative specially check in time and check out time even if you want to check out one hour late they start charge 40 euro per hour that is un acceptable

Perfect stay, nature is beautiful, staff is russian speaking and very nice all the time ask if you need something, all perfect speaking, sea was warm and nice. Rooms are clean and nice, cleaning every day and Ok.

good variety of food but for some reason it was COLD all the time, so you had to wait for chefs to put new and fresh to get it warm. not sure why is that? Hotel management please pay attention!!! Something is wrong here. Because all the rest was exceptional!!! Really loved it.

The facilities were exceptional, very clean and food options were great; plus ALL drinks were included at the bar & not a plastic beaker in sight which has not been my experience at other all inclusive where only ‘local’ brands are included with an additional charge/supplement for branded drinks. There were always loungers available by the pool and at the beach and the aqua park although ‘mini’ a a few really fun flumes. Also a very pleasant surprise was the evening show was really entertaining! We had a really great time here and found it excellent value.

Everything was over the top. Check in went smoothly and we even got our room before 2pm. Room was spacious with one double and one single bed. Comfortable beds, good noise cancellation, always clean and taken care of. I don't have words to describe the main restaurant. Variousity of foods is endless. I've never been to all inclusive hotel, that has this many options. Food is fresh and tasty. Restaurant is huge and there are so many seatings, that you never need to worry about that. The beach area is also huge and there are definitely few times more seats than quests. Also really nice pier, where are sunbeds, bar and at least 4 place from where you can enter the water. There are 2 large pools and small kids' pool, which were heated in the beginning of May. Two bars on both side. Staff doesn't serve you from sunbeds and you need to bring your own drinks. Luckily the queue moves fast and cocktails taste good. The beach restaurant which supposedly serves just snacks, has actually so much more to offer. Variousity of foods were the same as some 5 star hotels' main restaurants has to offer. Always super tasty food and friendly staff. Right outside the hotel is shopping street. Also Kemer city is just a few kilometers away. Loved I never felt hunger or disappointment when I stayed in Swandor hotel. I'm happy that I chose this hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing experience in Swandor Kemer. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and quite luxurious. The food buffet options are plenty and very tasty - from turkish to italian cuisine you can find many options to try from.

The rooms were not that well isolated. You would hear everything your neighbours talk to each other. Moreover, every day there’s a night music show from 22 to midnight and it’s quite loud so if you are with little kids, it might be a problem to rest.

Late check-out is available and there is an area with showers and amenities for late check-out. The rooms are renovated and clean. The pool slides are enjoyable.

The sea is wavy. It was very crowded with lots of crying children. So unfortunately it wasn’t a relaxing holiday even the property was good.

Clean, comfy and well-designed rooms. Clever and healthy air conditioning system, air currents are designed very cleverly. The set of equipment for the room matched 5*. USB-C socket with quick charge indicated a modern, well-thought-out design and was very useful. The variety of food deserves the highest rate among what we have seen in this (and other) regions – along with standard food options (fried, fast-food like), there was one of the best healthy food options – boiled meats, bulgur, buckwheat, boiled eggs, variety of whole-grain breads, and many, many more – 11 out of 10. Super!

The choice of mattresses in the room beds was not perfect, too soft; all my family members didn't sleep well, as it caused back discomfort. Some guests were rushing to the beach at sunrise time, not to see the magnificent beauty of sunrise, but just to put their belongings on literally dozens of sunbeds to reserve them. Most of the time during the day, these sunbeds are left unoccupied.

Just came back after our 10 days of fantastic holidays. Would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who is working so hard to maintain high standards in this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect — a private, massive beach with stunning views. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the mini bar was restocked every day — great service all around. The food was very good, with a wide variety to choose from — everyone could find something they enjoyed. The entertainment program was different every night and always very good — great fun for all ages. A special shout-out to the DJs at the nightclub — the music and atmosphere were amazing, and we had such a great time dancing! Special thanks to Jomi at the beach bar and Yusuf at the pier bar for the delicious cocktails and friendly service — you made our evenings even more enjoyable! And a massive thank you to Svetlana and her husband at the Diving Centre located right on the beach. Thank you so much for the unforgettable emotions and the incredible experience — it was one of the highlights of our trip! Overall, a truly memorable holiday. We will definitely be back — highly recommended!
