We recently had the pleasure of staying at Han Hotel for over a week, and it truly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, the kindness of the staff and the warmth of the atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. The delicious breakfasts, the thoughtful gesture of fresh water bottles every day, and the attentiveness of the entire team made us feel so well cared for. A special thank you to Osman, who went above and beyond to assist us in English whenever we needed help, not just with hotel-related matters but even with things outside of the hotel. His generosity and willingness to help made all the difference. We highly recommend Han Hotel for anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and a welcoming environment. Thank you again for making our stay so wonderful—we’ll certainly be back!

For a two stars hotel and for the price paid it was excellent. Not far from metro, many kind of shops and eating options and a big mall. Breakfast was nothing fancy but, again, for the price paid it was great.

Internet worked usually good but at times it had issues.

Great welcoming team, exceptional clean service, normal breakfast but acceptable, and great value for money.

Nice hotel with a very small gym area, reading room and self service laundry room. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast area has very limited choices but overall it was good value for money. The housekeeping provided a small bottle of water each day and new slippers frequently. There was no fridge but after requesting that at the reception it was added free of charge. Nice view from the balcony on the 4th floor.

Some of the bedsheets had holes and that was very unpleasant to see. The balcony door had a very thin curtain and the sunlight at dawn made it hard to sleep longer. Another drawback is that there is no room service and the rooms weren't soundproof as mentioned on the page. No smart tv from what I checked so only a few Turkish channels available.

It'a a nice hotel for transit, clean rooms, nice people. Also, the breakfast was very good.

The walls are very thin, so it was very difficult to sleep because we had some very loud neighbours.

I went to Istanbul to visit my dentist. The Han hotel is about 35 minutes walk away from the clinic. I am a prolific walker, so this suited me fine. I paid a third of the price compared to other hotels.There are other hotels nearer the clinic but really costly. It is ideal for anyone who wants to go to Dentekay to have their smile brought back or enhance it.

Every thing about the Han hotel was fine. I had my teeth done and saved money. However, there is not a lot of attractions in the area. The Mall with every kind of shop and fast food you require. No good for a holiday as not enough entertainment .

Breakfast was average. Same plate layout each day. Then option to add boiled egg or chips.

Staff were very excellent. 5 star to them. Rooms very comfortable, only problem was even though marked direction of prayer (for Muslim), when in room there were paintings with images hanging on wall and difficult to cover. So perhaps have alternatives hanging on wall - for that I say 4 star. I was also mislead on description as it said for an extra £6 per person, dinner and lunch available. No such service was available, only breakfast - 2 star on that as at times when very tired had to venture out evenings get food. Neither did we have rooms with city view as described, we faced concrete blocks opposite. So 2 star for false description. Ease of public transport and food places where within few minutes walking distance-so that helped. A

Friendly staff , super clean , room serviced daily , exceptional value for money . Breakfast was fine, nice large hotel but very quiet and comfortable . Opposite the hyper market and a few restaurants were a real bonus . After busy , crowded sightseeing days it was perfect to come back to a quieter suburb. It was easy to hop on the metro round the corner and around 40 mins ,only one change you were central direct into the city . Prices and noise were avoided at night . This is one of the best , no hassle , no pressure but helpful places I’ve stayed in . I gave 9 because some people would prefer to be more central , I enjoyed using the metro as a relaxing ride home and seeing local life

Absolutely nothing

All was perfect,only location are bit faraway from interntional airport and main atractions.Hotel is in almost industrial corner of Istanbul,but have good connection by Metro (station Dogu Canai).Food and drink options around hotel are almost fine in distance 300-600 meters.Important warning to customers:Dont trust GOOGLE maps with public transport connections,fake information special about buses.Use only metro cross station Dogu Canai.Buses are slow and allways full of people!!!!!Metro is clean ,fast and safe!!!

Trafic around hotel are so busy and some drivers are very agresive to walkers.
