I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe in a terrace room (T008) for three nights, and my experience was exceptional. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond; they are incredibly kind, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests, often responding with impressive speed. The terrace room I stayed in was not only spacious but also provided a wonderful outdoor escape for fresh air. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, offering a level of softness that made for a truly indulgent rest. Room service and restaurant orders were delivered promptly, almost immediately, which speaks to the efficiency of the staff. The food quality was excellent, and I have to highlight the schnitzel, which I found to be even more delicious than what you might find in Vienna. Due to an urgent matter, I had to cut my stay short and return to my home country. The hotel was very understanding and accommodated my request to cancel the last night of my stay, providing a full refund for that night, which I greatly appreciated. The only drawback to my stay was the location, as the hotel is situated far from shopping centers and transportation hubs, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, I highly recommend Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent dining options.

As soon as we entered the building it was very luxurious and clean, all of the staff greeted us with an amazing smile and great manners. There was one particular staff i would like to thank which is Şeymanur she was very helpful and had amazing communication skills and customer service. We were expecting satisfied with our stay and the room itself was lovely and comfortable. Not to forget we were greeted with a fruit plate and some chocolates which was nice and unexpected . 10 out of 10 from me and my husband. We used the spa facilities ending it with a massage great prices and again great service.

I had an outstanding experience at the property, characterized by its excellent appearance, cleanliness, and exceptional service. The multilingual staff—Muheerem, Umit, Ozeen, Melih, Ramazan, Bartv, Harun, Baran, and Ozeen the bellboy—provided remarkable assistance and recommendations, greatly enhancing my stay. Their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. Overall, my stay in Turkey was exceptional, largely due to the exemplary service provided by the staff.

The experience was exceptional in every regard. With such outstanding staff and remarkable decor, it’s hard to find anything motivating to appreciate.

I must say that my first experience in Istanbul could not have been so satisfactory without the involvement, professionalism and dedication of the team and staff who perfectly reflect the prestige and values ​​of this great hotel, even while wanting to create a surprise to my fiancée, a personal and romantic atmosphere, they took great care and did everything to make this experience unforgettable. Location was approx 40 mins from Sultan Ahmed old town, but not too far from the airport

The process for the hotel was really easy and smooth. The breakfast was not all that great, but decent. However, the hotel is really good, really comfortable, really clean. However, would recommend this hotel to travelers coming for business or if they are coming for a vacation they would need a car, as public transport might be a little hard with the hotel given the hotspot destinations are a little far.

The hotel was gorgeous.. we were also upgraded to the top floor residential suites! Room service was excellent and fast! Facilities were great.. gym, heated pool, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. The hotel was clean and spacious with walk in closets! I would come back to Istanbul just to stay here again!

Ozan Culha was an amazing employee. So helpful and kind! Breakfast was so good, dinner was good. The buffet was fantastic on both occasions. There was fresh fruit in my room that was ripe. The fact that they whatsApp connected to me as I arrived in the country was just amazing. This hotel is literally the best hotel for customer service that I have ever experienced and I am a business traveler. I loved the pool. My ride to the airport was PEFECT. The driver, who i did not get his name sadly was just a perfect driver and on time and very kind.

The only issue was the transport arranged by the hotel on the way from the airport. Ramazan was really great! However, Yasin was stressed and lacked customer service rapport. He caused me to be fearful of him because he was in such a stressed state. Likely it is a lot to coordinate and i can only imagine the stress of arranging airport travel for multiple international arrivals, but this is something he should work on to improve especially with women solo travelers. They might need extra confirmation that they are getting into the right car, and he should not be upset by that. Men may not need that but I did need that and it upset him because he was in such a hurry to coordinate everything, which i also understand.

We had an excellent stay at the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe. The hotel was comfortable, with cozy rooms and a delightful breakfast. Its proximity to the airport was also very convenient. A special thanks to MILIK at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and ensured all our needs were met, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a pleasant experience in Istanbul
