The best staff so far ,I came across my stay in different countries.Volkan, Oguzhan, Arda well trained and professional ,they know how to make guests happy and respect them. Erol in restaurant ,you feel he is your family member and wants to feed you. Rooms were quite big ,comfy beds and very well managed by house keeping. Flawless cleaniness.

Location is awful. If you want to tour istanbul this is not place to live ,far far away from taksim,Fatih. Although hotel has excellent shuttle service to Fatih it takes 35min to fatih and 45 to taksim in nontraffic hours. While 1.5 to 2 hrs in traffic. From Sabiha airport we reached in 2 hours while going back to Istanbul airport 1hour and 15min early morning 7. But if one wants to live soundproof peaceful environment this is I think best place but nothing vibrant around including restaurants or shops .

Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with room requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, his dedication truly stood out. He consistently demonstrated a level of hospitality that reflects the very best of the Mövenpick brand. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to making guests feel at home, and I truly appreciate all his efforts. I would also like to thank Arda, Yakup, and Ercab for their kind assistance and welcoming attitude throughout our stay. They were always ready to help with a smile, making our time at the hotel both enjoyable and seamless. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation options. Overall, our stay at Mövenpick Living Istanbul was wonderful, and the exceptional service – especially from Berkan – made it truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

1.We had a sky appartment on 16th floor with a view on city And it was absolutely beautiful 2. Appartment was always very clean and we would like to thank Fatima for every day exceptional cleaning service 3. Staff was very helpful especially Aldemir and Abdullah who were really trying to do their best when we wanted to help with something, we were after surgery so we needed a Lot of water etc And they always brought everything we wanted 4. Breakfast is very good a Lot fruit/pasteries etc but little bit expensive for Istanbul. I would only reccomend to add vegan milk there was none 5. We loved the cats around hotel 🐈❤️

It wasnt possible to turn off air-condition so it was very cold first 2 days after they fixed it Fresh juice machine wasnt working whole time we were there And that was soooo sad

I stayed with my parents and son for 1 week. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast variety was impressive. We celebrated my son’s 16th Birthday. Berkan made the arrangements beyond my expectations. He took it seriously and accommodated to our needs each time. The chef baked a lovely cake. Selda delivered stuff to our room. Everyone looked after us. We had a great time. Thank you Movenpick staff.

AC is central controlled so cannot adjust the temperature as we wish. We used to call reception and they would adjust the temperature. They were helpful. Massage was closed, should have been updated on the website.

Location and some times we were not able to turn the AÇ off

The staff was impeccable—always available and ready to help. Brealfast- a lot of choices on the buffet and great service. The pool was clean and big enought, but prety cold for kids - 27degrees. Apartment was really big - huge living room , big and comfortable beds in the large bedrooms. There is indoor parking and free shuttle to the center also.

Although the entire hotel looks almost new, some things are quite worn out—the floor in the apartment had splinters, and the air conditioners first didn’t blow cold air at all, then only blew cold air …so we spend our last night freezing.

Also the location of the hotel is less than ideal, it is far from tourist places.
