The shower was terrible - the pressure was awful and the temp was either too hot or cold WiFi was terrible, literally unusable in room Washing machine was old and make our clothes smell The valet service was slow even if we called 15mins in advance Some of the staff were overly pushy for tips in their mannerisms Weird rule for swimming forcing us to buy shower caps for baby when literally no one was using the pool

Actually Serenity Suits deserves higher score than the actual. It has to be measured according to the offered class. To start with that all descriptions and pictures demonstrated the actual situation, this is not a lux, but it was never claimed to be offered. When you visit the city for medical reason, and if you need to stay more in the room, indeed the size is important. For our purposes the location was very convenient, max 10 min by taxi or shuttle to hospital. The staff is very helpful and friendly - front desk and chamber ladies. Every day we had cleaning and towel changed. We liked also the room service and the food itself. No issues with communication. Parking lot in internal garage was great solution for us and we did not bother to use the car in heavy city traffic. Internet was also good. The noise insulation works and we have not been bothered by external noises. For whom it is interesting - on our small street about 300 m north, there is a good pharmacy store with helpful personnel - if you do not find something, they can order for you for same or next day. But there like 5-6 more pharmacies around - up to Fatih street. And we extended the initial 8 nights with one more to leave by car the city traffic on Sunday. It was a good decision. We have not tried fitness and spa.

The only issue we had was with the air conditioner, it was not fixed during our stay, the staff proposed to change the room, but as the weather changed to cool next days, we decided not to do the effort :). The kitchen absorbator was not working, or not connected, but we did not use it.

I like the kindness of the staff and always willing to help. I like having a cleaner for my apartment everyday. I like that you had everything I needed for my two week stay.

The WiFi connection wasn’t great in my apartment it kept disconnecting while I was trying to work. I did get very frustrated with it at times. The food options for your guests was very limited, not many options for vegetarians like myself. Also the breakfast options are very limited.

Its perfect for family stays, no need to squeeze in one bedroom hotels, here you have your own kitchen, washing machine etc so its 100 times better than hotel stay with hotel comfort everyday cleaning and dity up service is there, you can rent your car and everyday staff park it to the basement for you, perfect location, trully recommended!!

The best thing about this hotel was the staff, they were super friendly and cooperative.

The value for money factor was slightly below expectation.

We stayed at Serenity Suites in Istanbul and everything was great. Our room was very clean, and they cleaned it every day. The staff was really polite and always helped us. We loved our family room, it was big and comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We have been there several times and we are very satisfied with the facilities, the cleaning and the behavior of the staff. The staff is very nice and helpful, id like to thank them for helping my father who was in wheelchair.

The suites were clean and cleaning lady P was quite helpful and cleaned the suite every single day of our stay, changed bedsheet, Towels new slippers and shower gels and shampoo etc. The hotel staff were helpful and quick to respond to any questions about the hotel or istanbul. We loved the suite because it was also well equipped kitchen unit, washing machine excelllent workibg fridge freezer. We cant fault any of their service. We all enjoyed our stay as a family. Breakfast was also marvellous. 👌.

The location is a little far away but that's not a problem.

Staff are very nice, location is good but far from metro, you need to have a car or ask for taxi, it is very close to 212 mall and mall of Istanbul, breakfast is almost the same plate everyday but in general i enjoyed with my family our stay for 7 days, i will come back for sure once be in Istanbul, i would like to thank everyone in the hotel who makes our stay very nice
