The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, everything was well-maintained and spotless. I also appreciated the orderliness and the calm, peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable!
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had an amazing stay!

Very good location according to our needs. Nice staff and very welcoming.
The room was not very clean, and definitely very amortized. Extremely uncomfortable bed to sleep in, we managed to do the job that we went for earlier. We were thinking to stay,but because of so many days bad sleep we decided to check out earlier.

I only stayed for one night and I thought it was value for money, the check-in was seamless with a very friendly staff member at the front desk. However, there is not much to do around the area, if you want to head into the city centre, it would minimally be an hours journey away by public transportation.
The location is not very good if you want to commute to the city centre as it requires several changes while utilising the bus and tram.

The hotel is relatively new and the staff is very helpful, especially Ahmed, the location is convenient and close to Mall of Istanbul.
Cleaning the rooms is not good and the presence of men to clean the rooms is not appropriate at all

The breakfast served hot food and sufficient cold platters for breakfast. My room was quiet and the coffee and tea tray was well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean with lots of towels and supplies. Overall, a very pleasant experience on this occasion.

Enjoyed my stay here and loved the hotel cat with kittens, staff is good and here to help, room was cleaned daily nothing to complain about considering how cheap it is
