I only stayed for one night, and the location is convenient for me since my relatives live close, can’t say much but the staff are friendly and helpful

The bed sheets were clean but felt worn, I’m sure if i asked them to change it they would have but they were ok

My second stay at La Quinta proved significantly more positive than my first. The staff exhibited exceptional kindness and friendliness. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The dining options were excellent, enhanced by the presence of three on-site restaurants. Furthermore, nightly live music contributed to a delightful ambiance during dinner.

The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, but luckily the weather was good. The first night, I woke up overheated and with a dry mouth. I asked twice for it to be repaired, and they did something, but it still did not work well. There was a leak in the bathroom every day when I washed my face; one day I forgot about it and stepped in it (they cleaned it every day, but it still leaked).

Price then the way that the bell boy : Battuman act with hard situation with taxi driver & young guy brought with him from airport when we ariived bf chech in opposite to the entrance of the hotel when i discover that i lost my wallet inside the car I was certain that it was lost inside (The whole situatin can be cheched by your security section using the controlled camera) Then location then cleaness then outside & inside design then high stansard in the combination of colours in intenral design

Security staff is not available during my stay ,, curtains is not wide enough to make black out ,,

I recently stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Gunesli, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were extremely respectful and helpful throughout my time there. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – not a single flaw. I genuinely give this hotel an 11 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Istanbul!

For our purpose, the location was good for us. The staff speak english very well. It is clean .but totally doesn't get 5 stars.

Facilities not much. I asked for a vanity kit and sanitary bag, but they didn't have. The breakfast variety was good but the quality of tea and coffee wasn't good at all. The mattresses are very soft and uncomfortable . The linens are old and peeled, so it is uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom sink drain had a problem, and the water stayed . It's so annoying.

Great value for money, spacious, well-appointed rooms, generous room service (fruit, hot drinks complimentary in room). I ate at local restaurants so cannot judge the catering

Communication with hotel a bit patchy ( did not respond to my b.com inquiry re airport transfer, then i got somewhat contradictory info on this from staff at reception, finally one person arranged a solution). Location is convenient transport-wise (metro) but the immediate surroundings are not appealing, little of interest within walking distance.

Great staff interaction (Thank you, Esra!). The hotel is in a good location if you use your car. It has a big free underground parking. The hotel's outside parking area has an e-Car Charger station spot. I tried also the local bus. The station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I used bus no. 97GE, taken from end-to-end, a perfect variant! The journey has more than 20 stops and takes about 1 hour to reach the Eminönü area, very close to Feribot terminals (Galata bridge) and not too far from the historic city centre!

The hotel's Spa looks great but the prices are well too high! The in-and-out front hotel's access road's pavement needs a refurbishing process!

Breakfast was the only thing that needs to be corrected. Food was just ok but for a hotel at this level it had to be much better. Also, in the morning, when the majority of visitors were there, tables need to be cleaned and set again immediately…. We practically ate in the previously set table…. It was a big surprise since room service and food at the lobby restaurant were much better than breakfast

The staff were extremely helpful. We ran into a couple of travelling problems and the staff went out of their way to "sort them out" for us. Every request was promptly met. We especially liked the free bottles of water each day and a plate of fresh fruit when we arrived.

Perhaps supply a shuttle (even if it is has to be paid for) to places around the local area for tourists who don't have a car or are not familiar with local traffic conditions and volume. Maybe supply a map (in English) of the area that show city attractions with information about using local transport.

Breakfast improved alot. Fair Network, Free Parking, Fair clean room, room renovated, supportive staff as much as they can. I got excellent support form Sarah and the staff supervisor of the reception.

Cleaning not o daily, room maintenance incomplete ( I.e. door lockers, TV is Old and small screen compared with vroom size, mattresses and pillows are old not comfortable, parking needs cleaning from dust, hotel vehicle road entrance needs maintenance, view was not good, you can not control room temperature the control from hotel but it is OK for a certain level.
