Super convenient to stay next to the airport. Spacious room. The glass wall gives a lot of light.

The cleaning wasn’t perfect - the staff doesn’t clean under the beds (it is literally possible to see the line between the cleaned and not cleaned floor, the papers left after previous guests) or in the corners between the walls and the furniture. In the room where we stayed was missing a second chair.

Perfect Airport Stay with Comfort and Service.. Stayed at ISG Sabiha Gökçen Airport Hotel for an overnight stop and couldn’t be more pleased. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the terminal, perfect for early flights or late arrivals. The room was spotless, modern, and very quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. Special mention to the front desk team especially Miss Sherpa, who was professional, and made check-in/check-out incredibly fast and smooth. The convenience of 24-hour reception and room service is a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone needing to board an early morning flight and an stress-free stay near SAW Airport..

We stayed here twice over the past month. The first time was great - the room was much cleaner and newer, absolutely spotless. The only issue was the climate control: the AC either blew too strongly or didn’t work at all, and unfortunately, we ended up getting a bit sick because of it. The second time, we weren’t as lucky. The room felt more worn-out, with peeling wallpaper and visible signs of age. After a long flight, we finally made it to our room - only to find that the key didn’t work, so we had to go all the way back to reception. Not a huge deal, but frustrating when you’re exhausted. On a positive note - my boyfriend had the lamb at the hotel restaurant and said it was the best lamb he’s ever had in his life. So kudos to the chef!

This hotel is one of the nearest you can find to SAW airport. It takes literally 5 minutes walk to get into airport building which helps a lot in cases i.e. you have a layover in SAW. For example in my case incoming flight was in the evening and outbound the next early morning so the place is a top one to get a nap.

WiFi disconnected in some time after I got connected in the reception and the password logic is dynamic and a bit complicated thus I switched back to mobile internet. We ordered some classic cocktails in the lobby bar and it didn't taste as expected. I'm not sure the recipee was wrong or it's just the quality of alcohol they put into the cocktail.

Great location within walking distance from the airport. I love their breakfasts, although you have to pay for them separately (around €30–40). Clean, quiet, and comfortable. This was my third stay at this hotel.

This time, the inside lock on my room door didn’t work, which made me a bit worried as I was staying alone. Also, two times in a row I had the impression that I specifically booked a room with breakfast included. Yet, upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was not included and I had to pay separately. Pay attention to this when booking — it’s a significant add-on to the price of your stay, and you may want to consider other options since you’ll spend an extra €30–40.

ISG Sabiha Gökçen Airport Hotel was our haven between the flights. Our flight was almost three hours delayed and we came late, v tired. Even though there were technical glitch on the reception and our booking could not be found, the ladies were friendly and sorted all out within 10 minutes. The room was nice, modern, clean, with a good WiFi and lovely shower. All that we needed. We had a good rest. Thank you so much. It was all we needed. It was a good value for money, as the hotel within a short walking distance form the airport, no need for shuttles etc.

We had to wait for our booking to be sorted and it was late. But it is a minor thing.

I stayed at the Sabiha Gökçen Airport Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, which is perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Despite the proximity, I was pleasantly surprised that no airport noise could be heard in the room – it was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service near the airport.

My 4th stay at this hotel, and, finally, I can give it 10 points because this time I got a room which absolutely corresponded to my wishes: it had a double bed (I'm a solo traveller, and it's a pity to pay a full price for a double room, without any discount, and then sleep in a single bed): the mattress was much softer than the one I had on the previous single beds, and I liked this softness enormously, the room was facing a side of the hotel, so in front there were only some trees, and it was very quiet, the shower was absolutely fine (unlike my previous room, where there were problems with turning on the rain shower), there were slippers present and, as usual, a kettle with tea/coffee, the temperature in the room was perfectly warm. So, everything was the way I like: quiet, warm, soft... Probably it's the first time I can say that the room corresponded in full to the price I paid. I can repeat, that at Sabiha I don't see other options for myself, only this hotel.

In terms of the stay - this time everything was fine! But I've got a recommendation to the hotel: be more precise about the currency used for taking payments: this time my card was charged in Turkish liras, the previous time my card was charged in US dollars, the price on Booking is in euros (it's what I get even if I choose "Property currency"). It's much better to know in advance the exact currency my card will be charged in, as I can provide a card which operates with the given currency and avoid paying my bank a fee for the exchange transaction.

Nice location , big room, comfortable accommodation

I was double charged: 1st time the day before arrival the full amount was withdrawn and it was expected by me, but I was really surprised when the same amount was withdrawn after I left the hotel, though my conditions were prepayment. It was my 6th stay in the hotel and I had never been double charged before. I contacted property the next day and asked to return money. They told me that the money will return, but it s more than 25 days since my request and I still don’t have money back. Looks like no one is interested in returning me money. I also made a request to booking with no feedback

Breakfast, room design, sound-proofness (next to the airport), kitchen was open from 4:30 am until the 2:30 am the next day which is very convenient for the travellers. Location of the hotel is also very convenient for the early morning flights

I booked a room with large bed, but I got a room with two single beds instead. I went to reception and they said they didn't have any room with large bed, although their system let me book a room with that spec which wasn't nice. It was also the reason I leave lower score than I'd due to not getting the room that I booked.. Bed wasn't impressive, pillows weren't comfortable.
