this hotel would be a real lifesaver for you in case you're spending 1 or 2 nights in the city, it's just some 30 minutes away from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (otherwise you'd be looking at some 90-120 minute trip, if you're staying in the city center or thereabout); also I was infinitely happy with the breakfast (which is included in the price)!; the staff was laid-back and friendly, not too expressive, not too nonchalant - just perfect!; and to top it all off, there an open terrace at the 4th floor from where you can watch the planes flying over! oh, and the level of amenities totally exceeded any expectations: toothbrushes, slippers, soaps & shampoos, tea bags & coffee - you don't actually find these things too often these days.

the air conditioning didn't really seem to be doing anything, but maybe it's just me - in any case, we were staying there in December, so there wasn't really any need for it; and just in case: obviously, we're not talking about any vivid touristy neighborhood here, don't set the bar too high - at least for me this hotel was all about convenience and it did an EXCELLENT job.

We love the staff so much they were amazing simply the best there was fathi and another amazing gentleman he is from Pakistan these two gentlemen are the best host I ever seen they are there giving you teas towels carrying your suitcase greeting you amazing on the phone and arrival to the hotel the service absolutely amazing I fell in love with them from the time I spoke to fathi on the phone The stay was so pleasant that I will never go to another hotel if I came to Istanbul This place and the staff has made a amazing place in my heart I had a amazing time with my husband but this was the biggest best sweetest cherry on top I will never forget this place !!! I recently stayed at Classes Hotel and had an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is immaculately clean, and every detail was well taken care of. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Mete Masrafoglu deserves a special mention. His generosity and warm welcome made me feel right at home. He is not only kind and smiling all the time but also attentive to guests' needs, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for. Bora Can is an excellent communicator, always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. His ability to connect with guests and provide helpful information made navigating my stay so much easier. His friendliness and approachability are truly commendable. Iskhandar Khan is a gem. His humility and pure heart are evident in every interaction. He is incredibly kind and always willing to help with a smile. His genuine care for guests' well-being added a personal touch to my stay, making it even more memorable. Good value hotel close to the airport. We arrived very late and left very early the next morning, so we didn't have much time here, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was perfect for a short sleep before leaving for the airport. Good air-conditioning, nice and clean, comfortable beds, a small fridge to keep drinks cold, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Just be aware that the hotel doesn't have a car park, however there are some parking spaces on the street out the front and the staff keep an eye on them via the CCTV. We had no problems.

Very central with many local shops & cafes etc in both directions when you step outside. Breakfast is in the adjoining room with a separate semi enclosed patio to eat or relax or smoke. There is a roof area with a couple of tables & chairs on floor 5 that overlooks the busy road below. It's lovely in the sun. The main road is busy maybe 24hrs a day but I was at the rear. Because the traffic is constant I found it easy to ignore, like a hoover/ vacuum... As with most hotels in the area there is building work nearby . Construction was just starting at the rear. There was no noise from the site during my stay, March '24 probably because it's only just started. The concrete base had been laid and gone off with metal poles sticking out everywhere. Huge loads of timber had just been delivered. I was told it was for local housing. I found the staff very pleased & happy to help with my British needs. I took my own T bags & coffee etc but they had Nescafé and black tea anyway. The main bloke was very easy to get on with and had some understanding of English. I made friends with 2 cats that stay outside but are accepted on the patio. If you stroke them then they are really friendly. I had both on my lap and fussed them but I struggled to put them down as they jumped straight back up. Not a problem for me because I love cats. The cut bread rolls for breakfast were really fresh & light and plenty of it. Different cheeses & sliced local meats, olives, hot hard boiled eggs, whole small tomatoes etc & cereals... My room was clean with bottles of water & fridge. Plenty of tea coffee & sugar. I felt safe as a lone female traveller & the staff were very understanding & helpful.

There was a noise at night, around 3 or 4am. Not any normal noise but the biggest noise I've ever heard! It was a series of 'random' bangs. I've tried to think of a word that describes the size of the noise but I can't. The nearest I can get is to imagine a giant metal girder... Dropped from the sky onto another giant metal girder, multiple times. It was silent before & again after. Just me?

I loved their reception staff and the backyard garden. The staff always went out of their way to help us and made us feel at home. Although it's away from Fatih's tourist spots, that's exactly why we picked it. It was quiet and we could comfortably walk to Haliç every night and find a cab to go to touristy areas when needed. They also agreed to store our bags for 1 day after checkout as we were going to a different city.

The apartment feels a bit crammed and there's not enough place to sit together as a family. The neighbourhood is also a bit dark at night, but safe regardless.

All staff from reception to cleaners were very nice, polite and helpful. Most staff at least spoke some English, which was a great help. The hotel was kept cleaned and mainted well. Staff were very attentive and helped me through out when needed. The beds were very comfortable. Tea facilities in the room was provided. They have a small cafe open in the morning, which for 100 tl you get a good buffet breakfast, really lovely

Just a polite improvement - being a muslim country they should have Qibla signs in the rooms, and shower pressure was slightly low, I think installing better shower heads might do it, as the taps had good pressure. Also the hot water kept going up and down, but I think they may have had work going on locally by government, not sure.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and well mannered, Mr Sikander was especially helpful on checking out, facilities were as advertised, no loopholes breakfast was affordable as well

It's not the best location if you have business on the European side, however perfect if you need to be close to Sabiha Gökçen.... It's less than 5 minutes drive to the metro so not heavily inconvenient

I absolutely liked your staff's help! Recep is a super concerned and extremely helpful and caring administrator! Thanks to his advice I arrived in the airport on time. Rooms, beds, everything is very good. The location is very good , there are lots of restaurants around that open until late. Also close to SAW which was good since my flight was in the morning.

Wi-Fi connection! My phone couldn't connect in my room, unfortunately.

Due to the receptionists it was fantastic. They were kind,respectful ,polite and honest The best people ever. I was given the room I asked for. My calls were responded immediately. The bed was sweet,and dark curtains allowed me sleep well. Next year I am here may be I will stay at this hotel.
