The Staff is excellent, very welcoming and helping in all matters. We were granted a free upgrade to a larger room of 40 sqm instead of 25 sqm.

1) They probably allow smoking in rooms, and it is obvious that venting prior to next guest will not resolve the matter. I am a non-smoker and the smell was intense. They should either prohibit smoking or dedicate rooms, which is difficult, I do understand. But... there is a choice to make 2) Also, there were no foreign channels on TV

Good family sized suite. OK for a overnight stay after a flight if you have just arrived in Istanbul and intend to move on to other parts of Turkey. As this was on the Asian side of Istanbul, it was perfect location as it was closer to our next destination in Turkey which meant less of a drive the following morning. You can purchase a mobile SIM in phone shops in the vicinity of the hotel, just don't go to the Vodafone shop, as the store attendent was very rude and doesn't seem to like foreigners. Also plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wifi was poor and could have done with some mirrors in the room for getting ready. One mirror in the bathroom is problematic for a family of 5.

Location was fine for me - I was searching the hotel near the Marmaray line to make few visits in Istanbul. What was really good - I've found noter in 10m near the hotel + translator is located in 100m (and price was lower comparing with Kadikoy guys :) ) Rooms were clean, view on the docks and sea was great. What is important - air conditioner was located properly in my room, this doesn't hurt me but did its job. Good table and WiFi. Enough number of electric outlets.

Good location with plenty of food places around. Nice and friendly personnel, the owner helped with check-out, so many thanks. We got a free room upgrade. The handle of electric kettle in the 402 room was broken, so hopefully, it will be replaced as it is not safe to use. Before arriving at the hotel personnel giving some useful advice.

I booked for my Wife, she’s very happy with her stay and the staff is amazing, especially ISMAIL, he was very helpful as he helped her in many things. They really do care about their customers, I advice this property for anyone that wants to discover the Asian side of Turkey.

All was good, I advice just if they can adjust the AC away from the opposite of the Bed.

I found it by chance, but I definitely added it to my list. I don’t know what to say, I’ve never seen a hotel that is so attentive to its guests. The staff is amazing, the rooms are excellent, the airport is very close and there is no traffic. Whatever you expect from a hotel, it’s all here. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petra Hotel Tuzla, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

2 bedside lights didn't work, there were 2 major blackouts, but that's for the whole area. WiFi leaves a lot to be desired.

Really great place to stay, super new (actually I guess the hall was still under construction), but the room was great, warm (which was super important), really close to Sabiha airport (highly recommend if you need to stay close to the abiha airport, took me 20 minutes in the morning traffic to get there), also on the same street as the hotel you can find some quick dinner options and shops. The staff was also really friendly.

I booked the taxi in the morning, but at the end something got mixed up and we had to call the taxi again and I left the place 20 minutes later from what I expected, just something to keep in mind.

Clean,big, comfortabel room. Exact match for families

The room was too hot. The temperature switch box is closed. I splept very hot. That was the thing not very comfortable. And the reception was not friendly enough. If they have a breakfast, it would be nicer. And the three type of stuff, were not cleared which is shampoo, douch gel . There were not letters on the bottle. Annoying

The building is new. Though the hotel is cheap, it's clean and nice inside. And it was warm. That means a lot to me because in previous hotel it was freezing and I had to sleep wearing my jacket. Personal is also nice. But they don't have any additional services. I asked them to print some papers before going to the airport, and they failed to do it properly, they weren't prepared for it. Also I didn't like the place/region. Overall I think it's very good hotel.
