The hotel staff's only concern is the guest's comfort. We arrived early in the morning and were admitted at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available under the hotel, which is convenient and convenient. The hotel is ideally located for those looking for a starting point for Bursa, Sapanca, and Üsküdar. It is close to the sea and a large market, a 5-minute drive away. It is also close to Viaport, which features rides, an aquarium, restaurants, and an outlet market. I would like to thank all the staff for help and support they provided to me during my 6 days stay.

They had kindly upgraded me to a room with a view. The view is nice but as a person who is very sensitive to noise it’s better to stay in a room in the middle/ no view because then there is no noise from the passing Marmaray train.

The location was in a nice neighborhood, it was close to a bus stop and a short walk from the train station, with a good room view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The mini fridge in the room seemed to not work well and took a full day to cool items in it. The breakfast, while varied, was bland and not that tasty. The keycards seemed to malfunction twice during my stay, and needed to be taken to the front desk to be fixed, but the staff fixed them immediately. The bidet's water pressure was weak.

And like a bonus- seagulls behind the windows) The location of the hotel is great and close to everything: cafes, restaurants, boat station, metro station and etc. Will definitely come again to this place. Breakfast was great!

The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was nice and big. It would've been nice to have a sheet or duvet. The window looked out into a back passage, not very nice.

The property is very nice and is easy to commute the train station just by hotel. The hotel staff are very nice and very welcoming and the restaurant as well. It was amazing. Good food.

People smoking cigarette in front of the hotel entrance. It would be nice if the hotel has free shuttle to take you to tourist attraction that way you feel safe and protected.

Always happy to stay at Grand Mira. They kindly upgraded me to a seaview room. Superb breakfast with the complete Turkish breakfast including fresh parsley and basil leaves. I like the area very much, with walks along the sea promenade, the cheap and cheerful fish restaurants around the fish market, lots of pubs and mehanas, and excellent kebab restaurants.

It was very good hotel. It has everything to feel comfortable. everything was very clean, delicious breakfast with lots of options and the best staff, especially Mr. Sadik who helped us many times and was always ready to help.In conclusion everything was good in this hotel and I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Exceptional service. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Nice neighborhood. Close to Marmaray train stop, shops, restaurants, and more. Wi-fi was really good and reliable.
