The view from the Malta Bosphorus Hotel was nothing short of mind-blowing. The wall-to-wall window, coupled with the expansive terrace, offered an unobstructed panorama of the iconic Bosphorus Bridge stretching into the distance, with the charming houses dotting the landscape around the hotel. It was a sight that left us utterly gobsmacked. As for the apartment itself, it was a delight. The decor was tasteful and the space was generously proportioned, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Every amenity I could have hoped for was at my fingertips, making our stay all the more enjoyable. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service we received, particularly from the night concierge. In all my travels, I've encountered few professionals who exhibit such a level of dedication and expertise. It was a pleasure to interact with someone so committed to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. I have no doubt that we shall be returning to the Malta Bosphorus Hotel in the future, and we will be sure to request the rooftop apartment once again. The combination of the breathtaking views, the well-appointed accommodations, and the outstanding service make it an irresistible destination for any traveler seeking an unforgettable experience in Istanbul.

The breakfast offer was not what I would expect from such an accommodation. Standard.

This is a small independent hotel and excellent value for money. Friendly, helpful, comfy, a max 10 minute walk down the hill to the hub bub of the local area (we are slow walkers) Easy access to the waterfront, cobbled streets, cafes, restaurants and ferries. We stayed at a fraction of the cost the chain hotels charge and our room rate included a plentiful delicious Turkish breakfast.

The property was great. It’s quite a steep walk back up hill just because my husband doesn’t have the best mobility but you can always grab a taxi or take your time! Able bodied people wouldn’t have a problem and after eating the delicious Turkish food it wasn’t a bad thing to get in some steps!!

The rooms are getting old , the beds are not comfortable, the sink in the toilet needs repair , the quality of breakfast is not same as before . I really like this hotel and I would like to ask the management to work on these issues .

The location is great next to Ortakoy Mosque, kumpir places and the port where you can get a boat for a tour or as public transport too, very well.communicated.. the place is comfortable, very good breakfast and very good quality and price. Most importantly the staff is extremely helpful and nice. They have shown the famous Turkish hospitality to us. They were really helpful with every detail we needed. If we go back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel; the room was excellent, always super clean and pleasant. The location is also great, with many buses available to get to other parts of the city. The neighborhood is full of activities and delicious places to eat.

The breakfasts could have been better with more variety of foods.

Everything was great but if I want to say what was the best thing… it was the staff they were so good and polite to me and my wife “Tahir, Nadire, Husnie, Chare, Murat Can and Kubra and that’s all I can remember lol the moment you arrive you feel comfortable and believe me I had some terrible experience going to other hotels in Istanbul. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good so if you’re thinking of coming here don’t Hesitate

the only downside is the street slop that you have to walk to the hotel from the main street is very steep so If you’re old and not a fan of Taxi or coming on a budget I wouldn’t suggest coming here, other than that this place has nothing that I don’t like

Everything was perfect about the hotel , the staff are amazing, the room was massive. The breakfast was really good for the size of hotel . It is very close to main part of Istanbul . We loved and we come back again .

The school behind our room

It is a very nice hotel, well located in Ortaköy. The rooms are big and well equipped. Nice view. The breakfast is good. The service is excellent. There are lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

Be ready to walk about 300m uphill from the Ortaköy pier to reach the hotel.

Super nice staff! We really enjoyed the offered tea and coffee in the evening (free of charge). There was always someone at the bar helping us out and make us feel at home :) The room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast had a wide range of choices. We will come back!

The shower was leaking, but that can be fixed with new shower doors that reach the ground :)

The Receptionists were very nice, cheerful and helpful, well accommodative. Their daily Breakfast was very satisfactory and the room was great.

The hotel is located in a good place, however hilly, that accessing it by trek is a bit stressful if you are not mobile.
