No breakfast was provided at the hotel, but the room price was exceptionally affordable and added great value. The best thing about the place was the owner/manager and his staff. I can't recall ever staying in a hotel where the owner was as friendly, always smiling, ready to serve, and went out of his way to see to help at every opportunity--ordering taxis, taking out laundry personally, answering questions, and making recommendations. I can't recommend him, and his establishment enough for a low-cost, quality experience.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, with lots of lovely cafes and pastry shops that would be great for breakfast or an afternoon snack. There's a Rossmann and a grocery store right around the corner. We went to a pastry shop at 2am and they were still open :) The staff is super nice and welcoming 24h/7, they helped us a lot even with the things beyond their responsibility. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, which was extremely important to me. Clean, fresh towels and sheets were provided at perfect intervals. The beds and mattresses were great and I slept soundly. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, so you can trust them.

Although the neighborhood itself is great and commuting to the Anatolian (Asian) side of the city is easy via the ferries, the only options to get to Taksim Square are the bus, which is not that reliable and takes about 20-60 min, or a taxi, which is a bit more expensive and without a fixed rate. However, for me, the hotel itself and the nice staff were worth the distance, and I stayed one more night.

Area is really nice, ortakoy kahvalti, ortakoy tas firin, konyali kebab, kurufasulye restaurant worth to try. Air condition and refrigerator was working properly and room was really clean , well maintained, nice , clean balcony

No elevator, that you are on top floor but its a small issue, where i lived was a second building of a boutique hotel, so don't expect midnight immediate room service but when you order food delivery through the app you can give building password to delivery guy, so he can climb the stairs:) Bath, toilet was a bit small I had to watch my had all the time (i am 186cm)

Great hotel in the Ortakoy area with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I stayed here during the Bosphorus Cross-Continental Swim, and the location was perfect — the start area was just a short walk away. Getting to the main sights requires a bus ride, but overall the hotel is very convenient and comfortable.

The only small inconvenience was that reception is in a different building, but it’s clearly mentioned and easy to reach by phone or WhatsApp

We stayed second time in this hotel. We like the large room on top floor. It's cosy and quite comfortable. The view from balcony is fantastic over the roofs of Ortaköy and Bosfor megabridge. Balcony is also nice to spend time sipping tea or coffee. Ortaköy is a superb small town in a huge Istanbul where one could spend 1 or 2 interesting days. It provides quicker time to IST airport. For longer stays it has active pier with many Bosfor ferries, active bus line with buses to Galata.

All good. Maybe some would find the bathroom small but Istanbul hotels are never large.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Furkan at the front desk and the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and make my stay comfortable. The hotel location is perfect for walking to see sightseeings and the easy access to public transport. I will return here on my next trips and recommend "Bosphorus Bridge" to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thanks a lot to Furkan and the hotel staff for warm hospitality.

The staff was really helpful and very kind, assisting us with any kind of question or problem. They upgraded us to a larger room. The room was clean and always had hot water. The air conditioner and kettle were all working. The location was very close to the bus stop (2 minutes away), from where you could be in Nişantaşı, Taksim, or Cevahir Mall in 15 minutes by transport.

Ortakoy Road is a busy street in terms of traffic. During peak hours, we get off the bus 10-15 minutes walking distance away because automobiles were not moving.

The last time I had stayed in Istanbul I had opted for the area Sultanahmet. There was no problem with that area. This area was called Ortakoy, which seemed a bit more like a Istanbul neighborhood as opposed to a hotel district. It was a district of narrow alleyways, shops, restaurants... and a delightful mosque right on the waterfront. Of course, the Bosphorus Bridge is above everything... but you would hardly know it was there. It is a scenic area tracing the bridge over to the Asian side. I really liked the atmosphere of Ortakoy. The gentlemen checking me in and out of the hotel were pleasant and helpful.

All was fine.

Our stay in Istanbul was a 10/10. They upgraded our room for free, and we enjoyed ten deluxe days feeling comfortable and safe. The friendliest host and staff made us feel at home, with regular cleaning and fresh towels provided at no extra charge. The host quickly answered our questions, helped with luggage, and gave us recommendations for food. Plus, the location is fantastic – with many cafes and great breakfast spots just around the corner in a safe neighborhood. We'll definitely be back!
