Location is close to so many local shops and restaurants in Ortakoy. and the Ortakoy Mousqe and view point is within walking distance. Staff were very nice. Cem and Nadir were very helpful and attentive. in general its comfortable and clean.

Traffic and street noise during weekends.

Nevv hotel always feels like home, The staff were exceptional especially "Cem" he was always helpful and he communicates well in english. The beds were comfortable, the hotel recently renovated the bed mattresses and the curtains etc. most of the rooms are spacious and nice. try to book the rooms with the classic design on the 1st& 2nd floors as they are way better compared to the new modern designed rooms on the 3rd floor.

The street noise gets loud on weekends I suggest that the hotel provides ear plugs. Some towels were new and some were worn out. This is a non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests can get away with it and remain undetected, smell of smoke can travel in the AC ducts and my nose was the smoke detector!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and after reading the reviews about the noise being an issue, I was worried it would wake my child up, but we were on the 2nd floor and it was no issue, we slept perfectly. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome!

- Hotel location was excellent very close to many attractions and there is bus station just 2 mins walk. - The area of the hotel is in Ortakoy which in 13 min from bebek and Taksim by bus. - We stayed in room 102 was spacious and bed was comfortable. - the housekeeping staff was nice, friendly and always wearing a smile. - Easy access to many areas.

- Noise level is high. The street is very lively at night - There is a night across the street, the music and beats can be heard from the hotel room. - Noise is not manageable for light sleepers. - On our last night they took the towels for cleaning and returned them on the next day. So we stayed without towels for a whole day. - Some simple requests the staff found it hard to meet like we had to ask for 1 fork and 1 knife. But they send it after we requested many times.

The rooms are very spacious and we greatly appreciated the small kitchen and the Nespresso machine. The hotel is easy to find and the neighborhood is very lively with many restaurants and cafés nearby. Staff is very nice and helpful. There's also a currency exchange office right across, which is very useful!

The street where the hotel is located can get very busy with a lot of traffic, especially late in the afternoon and the evening. But it didn't bother us much.

It is a busy region, so it is noisy all the time.

The staff were exceptional. Really friendly and helpful. Great location, near the Ortakoy water side bars, restaurants etc. Easy to get ferries and buses into the centre and across to the Asian side, as well as to go north up the Bosphorus to see a different side to the area.

Some small issues in our room. The bathroom lights stopped working altogether at one point, and lights were a bit odd in other places (some didn't seem to work when others were on etc). The bathroom door only closed when locked, but the lock was stiff so I was locked in at one point.

The location is excellent just across the street 5 minute walk to the Bosphorus. Concierge was excellent, very friendly, Osman answered all our questions,room was very nice,beds comfortable,view very nice The hotel actually exceeded our expectation We would give it 5 stars!
