A spacious clean room with everything you might need. The hotel also has a laundry service and very small shared kitchen with a fridge and table. There is a very small fridge in the room. Good location, near the sea and a small market. A lot of different stores near, including food and fresh fruits/vegetables stores. 24 hours reception, friendly staff. Stable wifi. Very good value for the price.

No breakfast option, but there are food places very near. Not near a metro station. But there are few public transport busses stopping nearby that can take you to several landmarks. No lobby, but not really needed.

This was my second stay at Acar Hotel, and it continues to impress. The hotel boasts an ideal location, surrounded by a plethora of shops and restaurants, yet maintaining a tranquil and secure ambiance. The convenience of the hotel is complemented by a range of essential facilities, and the daily housekeeping ensures impeccable cleanliness. Without a doubt, I plan to return again; Acar Hotel has become my go-to choice for its excellent service and prime location. It was a good value for money.

On occasion, we encountered issues with the elevator not functioning, which necessitated using the stairs and carrying our luggage. Additionally, there seemed to be insufficient hot water during the night. I believe addressing and improving these issues would significantly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. They provide a very helpful transfer to and from the airport. Big room with comfortable beds and nice shower and bathroom. Very good location with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Near to bus and boat links.

The air conditioning unit kept making a weird noise every minute or so which was fine during the day but quite annoying at nighttime. The flooring was stained in places and could do with being updated.

I thoroughly appreciate the location; it's ideally situated in a secure and well-liked area, striking a perfect balance of tranquility without being overly noisy. Having stayed at Acar on multiple occasions, I can confidently say that it has become my preferred choice. The staff at Acar are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to assist with anything you may need. Their warmth and helpfulness have significantly enhanced my overall experience. Without a doubt, I look forward to returning to Acar in the future.

There are some little things that can be improved. For example, some time during the night, there is no warm water. And also it would be nice, if the hotel could provide more amentities.

The location is great. All kinds of shops along the street and side streets. Good places to eat, markets, tea and coffee shops. The reception desk staff were all very helpful and communication was not a problem even though I did not speak Turkish. The hotel is also located in a neighborhood where a group of elderly men sat at tables across the street almost every day to visit, smoke, and have tea.

The room had been smoked in. I took for granted it would be non-smoking, so that is something I failed to verify. However, the room had wonderfully large windows and a day or two of good ventilation removed the majority of any odor. By the end of my stay, it was hardly noticeable.

Spacious rooms, mostly cleaned, staff very nice. The hotel was situated in a great area with lots of restaurants and very close to sea and public transportation. It was very easy and fast to move through the city from hotel location. The bed was very comfy.

Cigarette’s smoke everywhere, not so clean and a lots of unaesthetic improvised furniture and walls issues.

The size of the room, good location. The hotel organized the transfer to the airport, no problems with that. The bed was comfortable.

It smells with cigarettes both in the reception and you can also sometimes smell it in the room, but In Turkey it is still allowed to smoke everywhere so no wonder. Luckily you can open the windows for some fresh air. My TV didn't work but this is not important. The room was close to the elevator and you can hear the noise whenever it is in use.

When we arrived I was surprised because location was in the heart of Ortakoy Walking distance to Ortakoy mosque and sea side . It is Surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants. The room was super clean and comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful For me it was great value of money I would definitely book it again if I come to Turkey again

There is no lobby or restaurant for breakfast or place to sit. But very suitable for people who like to stay outside for along time

The receptionists are really kind, all workers greet you with a smile and help you whenever you ask something. It's one of the best places I have ever been to and I will definitely go back!! I recommend this place to everyone!!
