The hotel is really nice. We stayed there for one night because we had another hotel booked. It was a comfortable room.

The receptionist, female and male, I found a bit rude just because we were traveling with our backpacks we got weird looks from them. There was no way I’m gonna be dragging a suitcase around because we were traveling for two days that really put me off why are Turkish people so rude?

Fantastic location, the breakfast was just amazing, the hotel design is superb, the staff are super attentive and helpful. I loved that they have a WhatsApp chat where you can message them at any time and they respond right away. This was really helpful when we were out and needed to contact them about something we left in our room. The chef's are fantastic and breakfast was amazing every morning. Everything was super clean and the rooms are spacious with an excellent selection of toiletries and necessities which helps you to pack less! The door and reception staff are super polite and we felt very welcome. A special thanks to Adem for helping save the injured cat we found in Uskudar!

Only thing I would say is about the hammam access- we turned up one morning but it was temporarily closed due to a treatment taking place. This was a little frustrating as there was no way for us to have known that prior and we ended up waiting over an hour which delayed our day. Perhaps the hotel could allocate specific hours in the day for these treatments because to close the hammam for the whole hotel might cause some issues!

The staff is very professional and friendly We stayed in the 1st floor and the rooms were nice and quiet, overlooking a cute garden. Bathroom is equipped with all toiletries, a bit small in size but wasn’t an issue for us The view from the restaurant is fabulous and the buffet was good The surrounding area is very nice and within a walking distance from the bosphorus and lots of restaurants and shops.

In room dining could be improved in terms of portion and taste

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza. The location is perfect, close to all major attractions. All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, including the reception team and the welcoming staff. A special thanks to Seda Öztaş, the Guest Relations Officer, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and prime location!

The rooms are very well soundproofed overall, with no noise from traffic or anything else outside. However, the rooftop restaurant can be quite loud on Friday and Saturday evenings. If you're staying on the higher floors, the noise might be a bit disruptive.

I would definitely recommend coming to this location , very clean and great esthetics , and ambiance. On the roof the restaurant name as Nite, food is great here also 10/10 . All the staff is very helpful and polite

Our recent stay at the Crowne Plaza in Istanbul was nothing short of delightful, and I’m compelled to share just how wonderful it was. The hotel’s location is simply phenomenal, with its upstairs terrace/restaurant offering breathtaking views of the Bosphorus—a sight you could easily get lost in while enjoying a delicious meal. But what truly elevated our stay to a five-star experience was the exceptional hospitality. From the warm “Good mornings” from the staff to the timely cleaning of our room upon request, everything felt seamless and welcoming. Two staff members, in particular, deserve special recognition: Seda Hanım and Ayhan Bey. Seda Hanım was an absolute gem throughout our stay. She was knowledgeable about every corner of Istanbul, always ready to recommend excellent restaurants, and even helped us find a salon to get our hair done. If she didn’t know the answer to our question, she would go out of her way to find a solution. Her proactive, friendly attitude made us feel completely at ease. Ayhan Bey’s attentiveness was also exceptional. One morning, I wasn’t feeling well, and without even asking, a soothing herbal tea arrived at my breakfast table, followed by the same thoughtful gesture the next day. His care and attention to detail genuinely turned around what could have been a bad day.

While the staff and service were flawless, we did have a few concerns about our room. Although we upgraded to a larger room for twin beds, the space was rather dark, with a small window and a less-than-ideal view. We also experienced some minor issues like a malfunctioning light and a clogged sink. However, once reported, the staff promptly addressed these concerns. The room itself was comfortable, but certainly not the highlight of our stay.

Fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul- Ortakoy Bosphorus. My fiancé and I had an amazing time in Istanbul for our romantic getaway and we are so glad that we chose this hotel located in the heart of Bosphorus bridge. Impressed by the polite staff, I want to take time to thank Seda Öztaş the Guest Relations Agent for making sure we have everything we need every day, and Sercan Cılga the Food and Beverage Manager who was absolutely brilliant in assisting us for breakfast(which is served with a spectacular view and very delicious). We had dinner in one of the restaurants on the rooftop Visorante ( Italian cuisine) again super delicious and amazing view of the Bosphorus at night. Rooms immaculate, perfect location and fantastic customer service. Totally recommend it!

The breakfast was nice but it felt limited. I’ve been to hotels where there has been a lot more variety. The hotel decoration and cleanliness was lovely.

The pictures online need to be updated because when I got to the hotel, it was a lot more busier than the images made it out to be. For example, the pictures do not show the café and bakery next to the hotel. The hotel is also on a main road, which is not bad, but it would’ve been good to know how busy the area is, And the pictures didn’t show that. Also, the gym was incredibly small, which was disappointing given its a five star hotel. It was small the machines did not function properly and it was just such a demoralising environment. Whenever I went to the gym, there was no one in there anyway because that’s how small it was.
