The location of the hotel is near ideal. The suite itself is excellent with almost all of the amenities.

The access to the suite within the property is quite narrow and carrying luggage to the suite is quite a hassle.

We booked two rooms as it was the last available in booking, and wished we could stay more nights but it was fully booked. The hotel was very clean with comfy beds and magnificent view of the sea in the balcony, and the sea view room in the left side had a nice window in one of the bedrooms, which i thought was very romantic. The seaview room in the right side wasn’t as nice as the one in the left. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would visit it again with the fam if i had the chance again. Special thanks to Mr Yilmaz for his amazing customer service and willing to help every client in the hotel.

You have to take the stairs to access the apartment with a sea view, which was designed in a strange way, I wouldn’t recommend this room to anyone with elderly or wheelchair as there’s no elevator that would take you to the apartment. Instead i would recommend the standard apartments which are nice as well.

We booked an appartment for 4 adults and it exceeded all our expectations. We, four sisters, went to Istanbul for leissure, and the trip was unforgetteable. The appartment was espacious, with a wonderful view to the Bosphorus. It was very clean, and in fact, everyday the staff was cleaning it, so it was like staying in a hotel. What level of attention! And what to say about the staff? They are incredibe. They were kind, attentive, helpful, responsive to our queries... and especially Tina, what an outstanding professional and a lovely person! (Tina, if you are reading this, thank you very much!!!!!) The location of the hotel, at the heart of Ortakoy, is another plus. Perfect location, close to cafés, restaurants, transportation... and surrounded by an environment full of history and nostalgia. In a nutshell: a place that, God willing, I will always chose when I go to Istanbul. I can only recommend this place to everybody. Cheers Fatima and sisters

Location is good. reception staff Tina is excellent in her service. We will definitely come back for another stay . You get a nice view from the hotel .

watch out if you have big bags. as there are alot of stairs to go up . our room had a bad smell even though we initially mentioned. it was clean overall. all facilites were good. then later our room was changed to a lower floor but we had heating issue entire night.

The location was incredible- close to a beautiful square filled with shops, restaurants and night life, and on the Bosphorus. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

We didn’t anticipate that we would hear the nightclub beat at night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. On Sunday there seemed to be no night club activity (or we got used to it?) and we slept really well.

it is opposite of a restaurant/bar and it is super noisy till 3 in the morning.

Everything was exceptional, starting from Meeting with Manager Ms. Tina, until the guy who cleaned our suit. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay. For sure this our place in istanbul always

Excellent location, comfortable mini apartment with two bedrooms, big kitchen lounge, comfortable sofas and good air con. Easy check-in, staff were friendly and helpful. Looked after our luggage for us for the day of checkout as we had an evening flight.
