I stayed in a standard double room, the rooms though a little dated are lovely clean and spacious. Over the stay I stayed in two different rooms both were nice. The staff are friendly and helpful and most spoke English. I loved that there was additional seating and a small coffee table in the rooms. Additionally house keeping staff Ayşa Haskubic was fantastic, thorough with the cleaning, helpful and helped with requests like needing the iron efficiently. I also appreciated the daily water bottles being provided by the hotel. You can also hear the call to prayer from the hotel which was great. They don't say much online about the location, but it is fantastic, there are so many local facilities that are at the doorstep, including the ferries and bus stop as well being close to a great pharmacy, fantastic restaurants and cafes.

The two reasons I didn't give it a top rating was firstly breakfast wasn't available at the hotel and secondly there is a pub/nightclub right next to the hotel, and it got really loud at night, especially during the weekends. If the noise doesn't bother you then the location is fantastic, If you're a light sleeper then I would ask for a room on the quieter side of the hotel, you can still hear the music but its not so bad. Lastly there was work beginning in the hotel the last few days of me staying there and it was noisy at night.

The hotel was amazing and the location was perfect.The hotel was so clean and every time I came in the hotel the clean lady made sure the hotel always smelt so good and of course it was super clean. Credits to the clean lady for helping being wonderful and super friendly. She was so helpful all the time we needed her and was available at all time. The reception man Ozi a very hard working man credits to him for always taking care of my family and I. He was so friendly and always greeting us with a beautiful smile. Thank you very much.

Generally a really good place. The location is great for the Ortakoy (a bustling areas which is not for those seeking tranquility!) and northern Bosphorus shore but bear in mind the lack of close access to Metro or Trams. Also my terrific (deluxe) room actually looked at least as good as the photos on the website. That never usually happens!

The wifi was poor: patchy, slow and unreliable. It was also very irritating to have to enter my passport number to connect every time I returned to the room. There was a periodic smell of drains from the shower. The air-conditioning stopped working for the last 2 days of my 5-night stay. Since it was October, this was not a big issue.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Ortaköy, with easy access to all forms of transportation, including the ferry and bus, both less than a 2-minute walk away. We frequently walked from Beşiktaş to Ortaköy, which took us only about 20 minutes. Major districts like Sultanahmet, Üsküdar, Eminönü, and Bebek are all easily reachable by ferry. However, it’s important to note that the ferry from Ortaköy doesn't run as frequently as the one from Beşiktaş, which departs every 15-30 minutes. Still, switching routes wasn’t an issue for us. We were also very happy to receive the pink room we had requested in our reservation! We had been a bit concerned about club music / noise based on some reviews on Booking.com, but we didn’t experience any disturbances during our stay - we heard absolutely nothing! The windows are double-paned!! We stayed here for a week, including the weekend, and had no problems at all! The staff overall were incredibly friendly. They were always available to help with any questions or requests, and their warm hospitality really stood out. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived! The rooms were always cleaned perfectly, and the housekeeping staff (Ayşe) did an excellent job making sure everything was spotless throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her attention to detail!

Nice small hotel directly in Ortaköy area. Clean and spacious, nice decoration, with a comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Staff was friendly, spoke English, and helped in getting the taxi for the departure. Room had air conditioning and tall double doors to small balcony facing to a narrow side street which be wide opened to get fresh air which was nice.

At night the music of a nearby club is on between 22pm to 1/2 am. The closer the rooms are to the main street, the louder it gets. I was lucky to have a room further away from the street. My colleague was not so fortunate.

The receptionist was very friendly, we arrived late 01.30am he helped us with all our questions..Rooms was super clean💯ans not noise very quite. We stayed 2 nights during weekend and was so quite.. Ortakoy is very beautiful, we have nice cafes to enjoy our breakfast, we took the boat until eminonu(old city/grandbazaar etc)it's very good connected. Around the hotel are many shop and restaurants.. I 💯🙏❤️highlighted recommended this place Thank you very much

Property was so clean and so close with everything - shops, bars, restaurants. Great view outside the hotel as it is near the waters. It is in the middle of airport and Hagia Sofia site so can easily take a cab. Receptionist and staff was so good - and helped me to book things around including booking my hammam experience. I would definitely book Ortakoy hotel when I get back to Istanbul. Plus the rooms have amazing structure.

The best part of my stay was the staff at the hotel. They all were incredibly helpful and friendly especially a lovely girl at the reception, a very special thank you to her again!

On Sunday night the noise from the nightclub was too loud, impossible to sleep. The rest of the nights were good. Breakfast options are limited.

The location is perfect, right at the square. Many restaurants and bars around. Did not have any discomfort with loud music, as long as you keep windows shut. Cleaning was done daily and thoroughly. One of the best stays in Istanbul.

It is not really a con, but the bed size was smaller than expected. Still, 2 people fit perfectly.

Great location right by Ortakoy ferry station. Front desk manager Adnan was extremely helpful with helping me change rooms due to music noise.

Very loud music from a close, nearby club, until 04:00hrs. I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night so perhaps the club music doesn’t happen every night, but it was extremely loud.
