I highly recommend staying here. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in within Istanbul so far. Absolutely perfect from A-Z, from the location, to the room, to the staff. The staff are super accommodating and flexible, and were always very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, it was incredible! My choice of hotel has definitely majorly contributed to my enjoyment of my visit to Istanbul. Also, the location is central and perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The area is very lively, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. In addition, the area is very safe, I felt safe walking at night alone. The hotel is around a 2 min-walk from the Ortakoy port, enhancing the accessibility of transportation. Room facilities are very clean and modern as well. I will definitely be returning to this hotel

I chose this hotel in Istanbul in the context of a medical treatment, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. Upon our request, they kindly offered us complimentary Turkish coffee every day, a gesture that truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. On the day of our departure, with our flight scheduled for midnight and my health condition not allowing me to walk around the city, I was very grateful that we were given the option to check out much later for a reasonable additional fee. It was a real help that made a big difference in the comfort of our last day. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially to those who are looking for genuine hospitality and understanding from their hosts!

I really liked the location of the hotel — it’s close to tourist areas, Ortaköy Square, Ortaköy Mosque, and it’s in a lively area with plenty of services. It’s also near public transportation and the Ortaköy pier. But what I liked most was the hotel staff, especially Mr. Saleh at the reception. He was very helpful, friendly and respectful, and made our stay comfortable. I would like to thank him for his outstanding service.

The kindness of the staff and the fast response to our requests was amazing. I feel really grateful with the hotel and the treatment they had with us. I sent them a message before arriving in the hotel ( while I was in the taxi ) because my mom had a small accident and she had fallen down on the parking lot of the airport; I asked to the staff of the hotel to prepare us ice and salt. As soon as we arrived to the hotel they had everything for us and they put us in the first floor so it was comfortable for my mom. The location was perfect , the hotel was very clean and new. Room are a bit small but very comfortable ! Strongly recommend this hotel ! Thanks for everything!

the staff was truly exceptional, specially Erhan, the operations manager, he helped us literally with everything; transportation, tourism guidance, information about the city, etc. he made our stay in turkey much easier and so much smoother than we expected it to be. the location of the hotel is wonderful, the rooms are very neat and well designed, and finally, the prices are very cheap.

Liked the location. An ideal place to stay if there is a goal to cross the Bosphorus. Walk to the park in 14 minutes. There are many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, an exchange office is a minute's walk away. Special thanks to the hotel staff, Abdul Kadir helped us with a taxi and they will tell you everything and explain if there are questions about how to get where.

It was a little bit noisy on the weekend in the evening and at night from the numerous parties in nearby restaurants and mini clubs, the noise was audible even through the closed window and curtains, but it's the weekend, fun and the flavor of Istanbul)))))

Excellent location in the middle of ortakoy. 2 minutes to besphorous. Surrounded by restaurant and caffees. Centrally located. But higher scal neighborhood.

The are very room small. You need climb the staries to you room. Last stay night I couldn't sleep because of the smoke coming from near room it was late in the evening I have to block the smoke using towel under the door.

First positions is so good, central, close to all transport. Boat is one minute from there u can go easily everywhere. Nice restorant, clubs on Bosfor like movie. I have experience about Istanbul from before but really for this price u can't found better. Salih who work on reception was so good and polite I fell like know him from before. I know next time when I back to Istanbul I will come on same place. 😊👌

My stay at the hotel was super comfortable. I stayed for two nights, very quiet, comfortable and a clean room with all the amenities that you will need. I visit Istanbul frequently and I will for sure be back here. Highly recommend.

It was maybe just my hotel room, however it was impossible to lock the door (both from outside and inside) and anyone could enter from the outside, this made me feel unsafe at times. I told the staff to fix it and they did, however, it was still not working.

The hotel was so clean, and the location was so perfect! Just in front of the sea where you can find everything you want, shopping, restaurants, masjid, ferry station, books, etc. I can give 100 points for the location :)

The rooms are small, but if you are staying outside most of the time you can ignore that. There was no place to pray but masjid was just a minute away.
