Nothing can beat the location. This hotel is located right in the middle of the action. There is no elevator and there are narrow stairs but our stay was overall very pleasant. The minus was that the toilet smells and not because of the cleaning but because there is a bad smell coming from the faucet and they should have put some scent in the bathroom.

I would definitely recommend Dilens. First of all because of the professional staff there was few points to highlight regarding cleaning, but because of the excellent service it was managed and resolved immediately above my expectations. Plus location really matters. Everything is around and all best views near by.

A bit small room, but super comfortable and cozy.

The location was good. There are no amenities at this hotel, such as restaurant, pool or gym. The personnel were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator at this building, however, the personnel assisted with our baggage. The stairs were okay.

Bedding wasn't changed the whole time we stayed , things hanging off as in the radiator kept hurting myself on it the skirting boards hanging off and it was quite small too move around in also being on the 4th floor with no lift!! That was pain speaking all them stairs .

Great location, nice rooms and good value in comparison to the surrounding area. In particular the man working on the front desk during our entire stay was amazing. I took down his name in my phone but it autocorrected to Brian which I know isn’t right 🙈 but he was so helpful and understanding, even sorting a second room for us late at night. Can’t thank him enough and would come back here for sure when in Istanbul.

We went to Istanbul with our friends for entertainment. Hotel staff, specially Muhammed helped us to explore city area and he was so kind to us. Thank you for your attention, we really appreciated!

Location was fantastic. Ortakoy has a lot to offer and is all accessible from this hotel within a two-minute walk. Amazing Jacket Potatoes in Ortakoy Market. Hotel is a boutique hotel and does not provide breakfast but across the street there are several places to eat that are fantastic. Very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms which was nice. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Speak good English.

Transport links to other parts of Istanbul are a taxi ride albeit not expensive is sometimes a pain. There are buses to take. Triple Room we stayed in is a bit tight in the bathroom.

For the price there was very little not to like. They could offer to provide some sort of breakfast service and they could make better use of the roof terrace but there is a cafe next door that opens early so not a big problem.

Despite being a little tiny, the room is perfect for a solo traveller. Absolutely loved the grey shaded interior. Keeping the location in mind, it really does give you a little real life experience of living in the actual Istanbul.

I understand why they didn’t have any elevators considering the size of the hotel, so there was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Each and everyone in the hotel was so helpful and sweet. Very very pleased with the service.
