We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Friendly staff, always available and ready to help. The room is clean, with cleaning included in the room rate, done at our convenience, and towels were changed when we asked. Comfortable mattress, warm blankets. Wonderful area of the city with all necessary amenities, shops, and cafes to suit any taste. The hotel is on a quiet street. Main attractions can be reached by public transport, bus or sea tram. We mostly used the sea tram, as it's faster without traffic. There is a beautiful Ortkoy promenade and a souvenir market nearby.

No dishes in the room, only two cups—no plates, forks, or spoons. We bought disposable ones. There is a kettle, but no electric stove. No elevator, only a spiral staircase up to the 5th floor. But it is normal for Istanbul hotels. Note that the room with the terrace is on the top floor.

I believe the location is truly great for those who love calmer Istanbul and walks along Bosphorus. It is minutes away from the mosque on the water where one could also take a regulat ferry either to the more touristic sites or to the start of pedestrian walk along bosphorus in bebek. I think the hotel is comfy and is a good deal price wise for those who want more space in the room than most istanbul hotels offer. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony facing the garden and it was a nice calm feeling returning to the room and sleeping with open balcony door since it was quiet from Istanbul noise. The staff is very friendly and eager to help!

The staff could speak better English, sometimes we had to use gestures to explain ourselves :) nevertheless they are truly eager to help. Unfortunately, the last night and morning we had to stay without any water in the bathroom because there were troubles in the whole district. The room was not cleaned very well, not bad but could be better. And although the room has a sink and plates and cutlery, there was no dish soap to wash it, no towels to dry it etc. Same goes for the washing machine standing there without any laundry chemicals or a place to hang the clothes. So overall great facilities that could nevertheless use some final touches here or there.

The staff were very helpful. The location was a few minutes walk from the coast. Many restaurants in the area with helpful staff. Everyone was very nice in the area. The food was good. It's worth mentioning that you don't need a car. Taxi readily available to go to Taksim square or anywhere in that area. There was a washing machine which really helped up. The staff assisting immediately with anything we needed.

Staying at Loren Hotel & Suites was a great experience! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We felt at home in this hotel where we stayed as a family. The location of the property is great - just a 5 minute walk to Ortaköy. We received an upgrade to a better room, and the staff were all extremely kind and always helpful with everything. The service was exceptional, making our stay very comfortable.

We stayed there with my family, and we felt at home. The room is great, it has all the amenities. In general the beds were comfy except for the 3rd additional bed added to the room. The hotel is very well located, in a safe area and with everything needed around: supermarkets, restaurants, shops... The host was really nice, he gave us a lot of advice and answered all of our requests. I recommend this place.

It would be great to change the additional bed to find a comfy one.

The hotel is truly a hidden gem. Very affordable and a great location. Just a 2 minute walk from the Ortakoy mosque on the bosphorus. The hotel staff were very helpful and speak three languages, arabic english and turkish. They also helped us get a taxi to the airport for a cheaper price than the Uber App. Highly recommend this place

The hotel was very clean. I stayed in a room with a balcony. I was very happy that it was exactly as pictured. The location is very convenient. The beach is a 2-minute walk away.
