We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional and kind. We initially booked two standard rooms, but they generously upgraded us for free—one to a suite and the other to a sea view room. Although our reservation did not include breakfast, the hotel kindly provided us with complimentary breakfast throughout our stay as a warm gesture since it was our first time staying with them. I would especially like to thank Ms. Buse at the reception. She was very professional, helpful, and made our experience even better. We truly hope to come back to this hotel again, and I seriously recommend it to anyone planning to visit Istanbul—especially if your main goal is not staying in Taksim or the Old City. This hotel can definitely be an excellent choice for your trip.

I always stay at Green Park Hotel Pendik on my visits to Istanbul. It's away from all the crowds of the European side and it's the best value for money. It also has the biggest standard hotel room I have ever stayed at. I would personally like to thank the reception staff who upgraded my standard garden room to a sea view room without any charge and also gave me a very big discount on the sea side suite that I was staying at. BUSE was one of the receptionists who helped me in getting all the crazy discounts and she was very helpful!

The hotel was great. I'm very pleased of the location and overall. The rooms are quiet. There are many elevators so no waiting.

The breakfast was very poor and the there was a problem with the room door lock. Each time we talk to the reception they just keep giving us a new card which also wasn't working and after that we talk to them again and they sent a technician and this was fine but it happened 4 times during our 2 night vacation... and that process caused us time. There is very poor lightning in the corridors. There reservation should be on the high floor, but the put us on the first one.

The hotel location is great, it has sea-view. The hotel is not far from the train station in case transportation to Istanbul tourist area like Fatih is preferable to be used. The parking and breakfast were good. The room service from restaurant was good with an affordable price similar to fastfood restaurant at shopping center.

The room was a little bit warm even though when the AC was ON. Due to the winter time, the problem solved by opening the window, but the noise then come into the room :-|

The location is fantastic the view amazing from the room and both the garden and the Seaview. The staff are extra helpful. I love the breakfast and the room is really clean. This is my favourite hotel. I do recommend it to all my friends and family.

Basically, I like everything about this hotel I love the food, the breakfast are amazing The room is very clean the stuff very helpful. The Wi-Fi is I’m sorry there’s nothing I don’t like about this plus the location is fantastic, so close to the sea, so close to the centre and so close to the Metro

Very good hotel, very professional and very friendly staff, they heloed us a lot in getting around, excellent location. Just 5 min walk to metro station if you need to travel in Istanbul fast. Great kitchen, especially for those who love ethnic quisin. Great gym and swimming pool. It is worth every penny paid! Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.

spacious and clean rooms and beautiful sea view. I like it there and preferablly good place to stay if you are visiting Istanbul city. Train station at short distance takes you straight to Sultanahmet city area for just 30 Lira (£1) in an hour. I would recommend this hotel as long as the air conditioning system is fixed. We did not try their food or other serives such a spa etc so cannot comment on them. Outdoor pool is seasonal and was closed during our stay in september.

air conditioning - not worth staying here during hot weather because cooling is not so good. We had one room with perfectly working AC but the other did not work as expected. During hot weather it would be very inconvenient here unless air conditioning system is improved. Staff should show some courtesy and be customer friendly. Work on your attitude!!

near to airport, near to Marmaray Metro Station, nice and quiet room, very comfortable bed, all installations worked well. Supermarket is near. Seaside park and promenade for sunset walk is near. Also the "Monica"-Restaurant at the sea with tasty food if someone does not want to eat at the hotel. Brilliant gym.

the elevator sytem and the orientation at the floors to find your room is bad, there should be better signs. More personell should be able to speak english (but they are friely and helpfull). Charging hotel clients using the pool is a "no go" (better charge the room with 5 Euros more, gives a better feeling to the guests and a better fix calculation for the hotel too)
