I have visited Turkey more than five times and stayed in various hotels, but this hotel stands out in every aspect: comfort, price, and most importantly, the hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles, respect, and a lovely welcome gesture of Turkish coffee and sweets. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Farouk for his exceptional professionalism, respect, and outstanding manners. This is the first time in my life I’ve experienced a hotel with such remarkable qualities across all areas, including reception staff and housekeeping. I also want to thank Ms. Nisa for her elegant and kind demeanor, Ms. Nisa truly made my stay even more memorable with her kind and professional demeanor. The hotel went above and beyond when they noticed my passport and realized it was my birthday; the next day, they surprised me with a cake and fruit platter to celebrate. The staff continued to impress me, even on the day of my departure, as they bid me farewell all the way to the car. Their thoughtful and generous hospitality truly reflects a beautiful image of Turkey. I highly recommend this hotel for its tranquility, cleanliness, and exceptional service. It is far beyond what you’d expect from other hotels. This place is spotless, quiet, and has an incredible focus on guest satisfaction. I can’t emphasize enough how much I recommend this hotel – an unforgettable experience!

One of the best hotel that i have ever booked Istanbul. He feels like you’re in your home and they are your family. Deniz, iren, gokçan the receptionist are very nice people. Not something that that i didn’t like because i used to rent a car. But i want to mention that hard to find a transport so you must have a car.

Very good hotel , at industrial area . Close to Metro shop . You can find everything for business there .

The price is very affordable considering the level of the hotel and that I booked the day before. The room is big and has all the necessary amenities. The bed is so comfy! Good soundproofing. The staff are friendly and speak good English.

It is very cold in the corridors and the restaurant. I think that there is no heating at all, only in rooms. Breakfast is average at best, and the restaurant, in general, can be better, especially since it's expensive for Istanbul standards. There is some wear and tear on furniture and carpets.

We liked the suite we booked, we had plenty of space for all family members, the staff provided water, coffee and tea daily. Very polite staff. The breakfast was amazing, with many options, including warm meal that was different each day. Cleaning was done daily. The quality - price ratio was the best we found!

Industrial area, no other restaurants around. Instead Metro is next to the hotel... The staff hardly understood us in English, but this is a general problem in Istanbul. We managed to solve this with Google Translate.

Yes, I enjoyed breakfast and there is natural honey and everything you desire. As for the location, it is good for businessmen because all the factories are close to the hotel’s location. Also, all the employees were wonderful to deal with, especially all the reception and restaurant staff. I will really visit this hotel again.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, and all of our requests were accommodated. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would especially like to highlight Deniz at the reception and Mohammed, the manager, for their outstanding support and hospitality. Thank you for the excellent service – we will definitely come back again!

staff was almost all so kind, no wonder as the manager also a nice kind gentleman. Deniz was so helpful during my stay, he help for eny of problems( kind of problem solvers). Thank you so much deniz. Breakfast was enough good. The only concern was I need to ask if we need toothpaste or etc. but overalls my stay was pleasant and team make sure guests happy. Thank you team.

Nice room and good breakfast. Personal were very kind and professional, facilities were comfortable and had free parking place. Location were 30-35 min to City center.

Access to the hotel was not easy had to drive around to find correct route to the hotel due to area was restricted with metal barriers around the area for some reason.
