The breakfast is very good (they have fresh honey everyday) and there are some free facilities (e.g. swimming pool and gym). The hotel is quite child friendly, during our 6-nights stay, there were many families staying in the hotel. .

The price is a bit high but at the same time you could get a high quality room and ammenities. The location is not the most strategic for tourisic places, but the bus stops are 5-minutes walk from the hotel and a supermarket is closedby (3-minutes walk). We were slightly disappointed because there is a kitchen in the room that we booked, but then you have to pay to get access to utensils and cuttleries.

I recently stayed at the Bof hotels and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, with tidy rooms and spotless bathrooms. The view from the hotel is lovely, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of shops nearby, including bakeries with fresh pastries, which is a real treat! In the evenings, it’s nice to take a stroll and relax at the local tea house, where the atmosphere is very pleasant. I would like to especially highlight one staff member, Seima Umut, for their exceptional service. I am truly grateful for the delightful moments I had during my stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite close (not very close) to many touristic or important attractions by car (e.g., the istanbul airport. Closer than Saniha airport but it is not important always to be close to). The rooms were clean and the two bottles of water on a day we decided not have the room made up was very appreciated. - The breakfast staff were wonderful (the two ladies and the other gentlemen). They stay discrete and were very welcoming and made our journeys start and restart well every day. The fresh hot stuff like Omelette was a real five star addition. I had no appetite to have my breakfast when I moved to a 4-star hotel the next two days or so. The two ladies were part of this wonderful staff besides those behind the scenes. The staff reception was very kind and very helpful when we require something. A nice five-star hotel with excellent price quality ratio. We also appreciated the oven and the microwave even not used at all. The fridge was helpful, though.

One suggestion is the addition of a minibar that may be included in the room price (or for some of them) or even deducted per article use from the caution at the checkout (in the worst case). This may be planned while increasing the salary of the clean staff who may be responsible of this additional task. My suggestion to the breakfast buffet is the addition of fresh juice machine (e.g, oranges) and a new place or restaurant at the roof of the building.

First I would like to thank Mr.Rahman for his nice attitude and response. The hotel was really as expected and the basement parking was available and hotel facilities are really good. I will come back again if I have trip to istanbul. The cleaning lady was so good too, she was always try to help. I can say well done for the whole team. Excellent.

I booked a family apartment and unfortunately in the main bedroom where I spend 70% of my time there was no internet because the access point is so far. Also the catering like water and coffee are really not enough for 4. The just give 2 small bottles of water. They should make these always available with cleaning staff not to call the restaurant for this.

Loved everything about the property. From cleanliness to the friendly staff location perfect very large suites underground safe secure parking tea making facilities, toiletries daily housekeeping at the touch of a button. Would highly recommend

Need a washing machine in the room instead of a dishwasher as there are no dishes in the drawers to wash. Need washing line facilities in the room to dry clothes apart from that everything perfect no complaints

The cleanness of the rooms was very great. Breakfast was good with enough variety of foods and coffee bar. The breakfast area had view to pool which was so delightful. The public area of the hotel and rooms was very clean and satisfying. The hotel had a very collaborative behavior in returning some stuff I just missed in the room.

Some of the staffs didn't know English at all. One negative point regarding the breakfast the waiter started to clean the table during the time we were having breakfast.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable as it looks in the pictures. Breakfast was good and the overall hotel staff very helpful.

Air-condition in the house wasn't working very well. The distance to the center was a little too far, meaning lots of taxi journeys to get anywhere. The most annoying was having to pay €7 for forks and spoons on the one day we didn't order from the hotel restaurant.

It was last minute booking, which didnt expect to be that pleasing with very good staff from the check-in till check-out. Thank you all for all the help that you provided with special thanks to (Boris and Emre) from reception, as well as Furkan from the support staff.

Nothing, only the pool was not open till the day of our check out, which can be earlier from the date we go out.
