The hotel was relaxed, and the staff were always helpful and friendly and were always at hand if needed. The hotel had a comfortable feel to it, and this was nice if you wanted to relax in the lobby. Pool was only 2 minutes walk away, and it was clean it had food available that was so cheap and nice, plus refreshments. Always friendly and kept clean. The food menu was good for us and did what it was food portion sized, well needed, and easy for the child, at a good price to. Breakfast was fine also and a nice selection of fruit salad and eggs ect with breads, yoghurts and tye basic buffet style that you would normally get. The cakmak station was 15 min walk away, and that takes you anywhere you want to go to see sights.. also a shopping mall is in that area and that had some great shops and food places in it. Fast food and coffee shop style. It's a fantastic park for the kids to. It's up the hill, so be aware to walk uphill. You dont need a taxi. I can't fault it. Maybe a few more options on the menu would work. Tv options in English worked.

The TV channels didn't always work with the signal.

This is really a hotel that looks like a hotel. Because, lately there are so many accommodation facilities, but not all of them correspond to the name "hotel". A large hall, with two transparent elevators create the atmosphere of a respectable establishment. The room is sufficient for a comfortable stay. We even had a balcony with a table and chairs with a pretty decent view. The staff is friendly and helps in any way they can.

Apparently the crisis affects the price of food and perhaps the breakfast table was quite poor. Moreover, it turned out that if you pay for breakfast on the spot, it costs much more than the price indicated on the website. Regardless of whether this is a flaw in the website or an initiative of the staff - it was very unpleasant.

Property was well located, room was perfect (large, top floor, huge balcony, bath and shower, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge), the buffet breakfast was very good, the restaurant menu was limited but we and visitors tried almost everything and the food, presentation and service was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The underground car park and easy access to a lift going straight to our floor made the experience even more special.

It was hard to fault anything but I would recommend china mugs in the room rather than paper cups and better to phase putting the hard cheeses out at breakfast as they become dry after about an hour

A wonderful hotel, great location. The bed in our room was so comfy, the most comfortable bed in any hotel that I've stayed. Also very clean. Staff at reception is so kind and very helpful. We even got an upgrade at check in. Breakfast had great options with a few daily changes to keep it interesting, these little changes might seem small but is quite pleasant and makes a difference. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in short walking distances around the hotel. The food through room service was delicious, there are no descriptions of the meals and what sides comes with the food while ordering on the hotel app. but every dish we ordered was good. The grilled chicken and the chocolate volcano cake was especially yummy. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back.

Everything: The staff: From the manager to the room service staff, everyone was very helpfull. The rooms: Very clean and spacious, equipped with a large safety box. Free parking: A large area that can accommodate a significant number of car. Breakfast: Has almost everything you need for a good breakfast, including four or five types of quality cheese. Swimming pools: Large pools, with two outdoor and one indoor. The lobby: Spacious and quiet, with many areas to sit in.

This hotel is honestly spectacular! The facilities were so nice, rooms were so luxurious, clean and cozy, the breakfast was phenomenal. This is my second time staying at this beautiful hotel and when I go to Istanbul, I will continue staying there, It is the best! It is also very close to both Çakmak and Ihlarmurkuyu metro stations. I recommend it to everybody!

Absolutely anything, this hotel is the best!

The room was very clean and spacious, the latter being the main reason why I chose this hotel in the first place. It actually looked even better than in the pictures. The facilities are spacious, neat and beautifully maintained. The staff is vey polite and always willing to help: they gladly extended the buffet hours for us and other customers when we asked.

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of products, the receptionists speak English very well and they were very prompt when we asked them to fix the balcony door that didn't close properly. The hotel's location is very good, close to shops, a mall within a 10-minute walk, restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The room was very clean and very spacious. In conclusion, this hotel is very okay and I will come back here again.

My room (5004) was at the top floor and had a very big terrace which was nice. Lobby was big and spacious, this made spending time there very comfortable. Room was big enough, nicely decorated and clean. The price-benefit balance was very good. I would consider staying again if the location suits my next trip.

The bath tub was oddly high so it needed effort and caution getting in and out which may be a problem for elderly people.

Location and staff were exceptional! They were able to take in an order of flowers I had sent to the hotel for me to pick up later, and they were able to communicate with me very well (my Turkish is very very limited)
