It is a nice hotel, rooms have a modern look and feel, the bed was comfortable. Overall a good value for the price. The hotel also has a small but decent spa/sauna/hammam for additional price.

The location is rather away from everything if you are a tourist willing to see Istanbul. We were on a medical visit and chose this hotel because of proximity to the clinic. There's no breakfast option even for purchase. The hotel's restaurant was closed. Also, I should note that the rooms are not very soundproof as we could hear a couple having sex in another room. 🙈

The front desk staff were all friendly, helpful and happy to speak English when needed. Special shout out to Eda in the restaurant for her delicious breakfast plates and great service! Our deluxe room was clean and spacious with a really comfortable bed and great shower. Akdeniz Parkı was next-door, with its beautiful trees, flowers, a man-made waterfall, walking/running track and fitness equipment. We chose City Suites due to its proximity to friends in the immediate neighbourhood, but it's only a 5-10 min walk to a bus stop with service into Kadikoy or to Canpark, Meydan and Buyaka shopping centres. Ideal for leisure and business travellers who appreciate good-value-for-money.

Given we had a longer stay (we extended to 7 nights), some more hanging/drawer space for our clothes and more hooks/rails or a clothes rack to air or dry towels and clothes would've been appreciated.

The choice of "The City Suites Hotel" for my appointments in the financial center has been a very wise decision. Its proximity to every financial institution, central location, and peaceful setting away from the city's hustle and bustle have made me very happy. I unwind from the day's fatigue with a sauna and a massage.

I had to come to Istanbul for our company's kick-off, and the company arranged the accommodation at The City Suites. At first, I was a bit hesitant because I hadn't heard its name before, but I was very pleased with the experience once I tried it.

Loved the hotel, stayed for 11 days. Everyone was so lovely from the staff, they communicate very well and try so hard to please everything you ask. The food at the restaurant is amazing, everything was so good and delicious. The room was clean, big and stylish. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back in near future.
