I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. Here’s a breakdown: Reception: The receptionist was polite but not particularly engaging & understandable. Restaurant: The food in the main restaurant was excellent, with the chefs clearly skilled and attentive. Breakfast stood out with its wide variety and delicious options. Rooms: The rooms were clean, and my high-floor room offered a nice view. However, I feel more attention to detail in cleaning would be beneficial. Despite this, the hotel overall smells fresh, and areas like the foyer and elevators are spotless. Pool and Gym: The pool was large, clean, and not crowded, with a pleasant temperature. The gym was also well-equipped and enjoyable to use. Spa: The spa center didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the sauna was decent, the overall spa experience lacked variety and didn’t feel as comprehensive as I hoped. Staff: The main restaurant staff were extremely polite and attentive, as were the chefs. Their hospitality added a lot to the stay. Parking: Convenient on-site parking was available, which is always a plus. In summary, this hotel has a lot to offer, with clean facilities, excellent food, and a great pool and gym.Thank you for the hospitality!

However, the spa could use improvement, and a bit more attention to cleaning the rooms would enhance the experience.

staff was extremely kind and caring. They have done their best to make us pleased with our stay. room was big and very clean one night our daughter had to stay with us. We did not have to pay any extra charge and extra bed was organized immediately although it was late at night. Shuttle to airport was very good and came on time. The small payment issue with the shuttle company has been solved by Mustafa Kemal in a very practical way.

on the day of check out, water from shower floor has flooded to toilet area. Right after we informed the staff they have noted and immediately informed the technical team.

The service and the facilities are a 10/10. The service was also very good and the staff was super polite and helpful

The location is not the best. For me it was perfect because I was close to the local office but if you're doing sightseeing then is way too far from everything and due to the awful traffic the city has, is just not a good choice

Perfect price/quality ratio. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, very good room. I stayed in Deluxe King room.

The only big fault for locals is their TV system doesn’t include channels that publish in opposite view against government. No Now, Sozcu, Halk Tv! They don’t have any facility on the roof such as restaurant, bar or cafe. Their lobby bar is average at most.

We were very happy with the staff running this hotel! Really nice people and very professional. Specially the people cleaning our room Cafer and Ayse, every day our room was as new! But also everyone from the restaurant, lobby and gym! Really would like to say thank you for a excellent stay!

Spacious room, exclusive services, excellent staff, good food quality, and comfortable stay. All 11 out of 10. Very awesome health services, spa, gym, pool.

As such, nothing but yes, room service menu otion could be more extensive and little more reasonable with the price

It was perfect. everything is excellent Special thanks i need to convey to Cafer the floor supervisor and Medine the room maid for their help to clean the room daily. it was very important for me

Location is good if you come for business as many offices are located here. Hotel is new and rooms are quite spacious with modern appliances, new shower and toilet and bathroom in whole. Feeling pleasant and comfortable in the room.

Breakfast is a bit modest. Booking said “very good breakfast”, but in fact it was quite limited. But the Menemen eggs cooked by chef were astonishing, so that to compensate for a bit simple breakfast option.

A modern, luxurious hotel. The room was big and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed to be clean. The toilet was vast enough. The breakfast was tasty and rich. The staff was very helpful and amiable.

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Nice view from the window. The room temperature could be well-adjusted. Definitely recommend.
