The front desk manager, Mehtinaz, she was lovely. There was an afternoon receptionist who was wearing glasses, he was amazing and extremely helpful. The guy that worked late afternoon to evening behind the bar was very helpful too. The woman that cleaned the room every day was so sweet and so hardworking. The two older guys at breakfast were grumpy, a bit rude and not very accommodating. The seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Maybe a bigger choice of bfast items as it was quite limited.

Staff is ready to help. You can call and ask if you need an iron or other stuff. Breakfast is really delicious. Chief Murat Yusel is really kind and helpful! Room is cleaned and ready every morning alongside refreshments. There is bus station from which you can go to Kadikoy or other destinations.

Pillows were too thin, but otherwise pretty comfortable stay.

the staff was lovely and very polite. they were very helpful and my room was spotless whenever i went out , they made me feel welcome , the clearer were polite and they tried the level best to communicate but we got there by sign language, in that hotel they have got lovely staff on and trust worthy too , i would come again and tell my family and friends to join in but food is a big problem , i have to say Turkish people are generally lovely to get along with

there was a massive language barrier. we couldn't communicate properly, we had to use Google translate but there was only 2 people who could speak English one at the main desk and he was lovely and polite and the other staff were too and one of the chef who could speak English he was helpful , the food was different , it was all Turkish food , they need to start making English breakfast like egg n toast , beans n toast and English tea bag if English people come there

The room is good and fully equipped.

The breakfast was nice, and location was slightly up the hill.

Too many people smoking and smell could get into your room hard to get rid of it as I am non smoker

The location is perfect for medical purposes, close to many clinics. The staff were very nice. It was clean and the room was very pleasant.

The bathroom is a bit old. The curtains are not wide enough to cover the entire window. The shower head in the bathroom doesn’t work. The breakfast is not worth getting for as it is a simple Turkish breakfast and does not cater for foreigners.

I loved the personal very smiley every person working there very friendly place is very clean I will definitely stay there again
