we were medical tourists in Istanbul and our hospital is very close to this hotel. it’s why we booked this hotel. we booked Superior Queen room. the room was spacious and comfortable. bathroom was good. hotel n rooms seem new therefore everything is in good condition. staff are courteous n polite. always willing to help. breakfast spread is almost the same but plenty of choices. we enjoyed it. there are restaurants, cafes, pharmacies etc a 5 mins walk away. we requested the staff for 6 extra pillows because I needed to elevate my legs post surgery and they were kind to give it to us. thank you

there were some demanding European (Russian) tourists in the hotel who kept making a fuss on not having omelet at the buffet. which was a turn off. when you go to a country, respect their culture n local cuisines. if you want an international spread of meals at the buffet then stay in a 5-star hotel. but don’t speak ill of the local food. the hotel charged us twice and there was a lot of confusion on doing the refund. it was frustrating. also our rooms were not cleant everyday. tv has no English Channel except one news channel. these aren’t big issues. overall we had a brilliant stay as the room was big n hotel was clean n new and the staff were fantastic

I recently stayed at the Sherlock Homes Hotel in Istanbul for 11 nights, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback. Overall, I had an excellent experience at your hotel, and I am grateful for the hospitality and service provided by your staff. Firstly, the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities, including the complimentary coffee and tea, which made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were of high quality, providing me with a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was also perfect for my needs, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood while being close to the city's main attractions. I enjoyed exploring the local area and found it convenient to have easy access to public transportation. The staff at the Sherlock Homes Hotel was another highlight of my stay. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the front desk to the housekeeping and breakfast staff, everyone made me feel welcome and well-cared for during my stay. Finally, I must mention the delicious breakfast served each morning at the hotel. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was fresh and tasty. It was an excellent way to start my day and fueled me for my activities around the city. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Sherlock Homes Hotel in Istanbul and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel with excellent service. The interior of the room is modern, most likely you will like it. They have silkscreen printing on towels, pillowcases and so on, this looks cool. It's pretty easy to find the hotel in the evening because of its lighting.

The staff don't speak English well, and it's pretty difficult to explain them what you want from them. They can't solve the issues that seem to be trivial, e.g. my key card stoped working and it took about an hour to make it work again. The drain in a shower doesn't work well. Hangers are absent. No shampoo and shower gel is available.

The rooms are nice and clean with huge windows and views over the ciry. The service we got was also nice.

The walls are this thin I could hear everyone around warching tv, having sex or just caughting. Breakfast is a bit basic but was ok.

Great staff! they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is brand new which is great. shopping mall nearby with everything you need. Breakfast included!

The hotel meets the expectations to the 4-star hotel. The rooms are nice, the view is spectacular for the area, breakfast is OK, nothing special, but you won't leave hungry. It's clean, the staff is welcoming and polite. There are some nice restaurants around the hotel. We came to the area for the event in DasDas, which is about 30 minutes from the hotel, but if you want to go to the centre a lot, it can be quite long, the subway station that will take you to Kadikoy is about 30-minute walk. However, from this station you can also go to Sabiha Gokcen airport, which is convenient.

The breakfast could use some more options. Cheese and meat seemed quite cheap and tastiless, maybe a couple hot options would be great, not just menemen. The wi-fi in the rooms allows to connect only 1 device per person, so if you want to work from the hotel, you should be careful because if you connect your phone, you won't be able to connect your laptop afterwards, at least not until it logs you out. When the wi-fi disconnects it requires to insert your passport number every time, which is annoying, but at least by the end of my stay I remembered my passport number by heart (I didn't before)

It is a decent hotel, the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok, not exceptional but not so bad. It is a good location if you have bussiness on the Asian side, but if you want to visit the turistic European side, the journey takes a while. Tip for a shorter time: take metro 8 from the metro station across the Acibadem university for one station (Kozyatagi) and then change to metro 4 to Kadikoy ( the ferry station). Changing the line implies getting out, walk 200-300 metres and enter for the other metro. There are also buses from Acibadem univ. going directly to Kadikoy, but the journey can take very long, the traffic in Istanbul is insane.

There were small things that had been broken and then fixed in a very careless manner. This alters the guests’ perception of the hotel.

It was a wonderful, comfortable and enjoyable stay in a hotel on the Asian side of Istanbul! Friendly staff were always happy to help! Comfortable rooms, good bathrooms! Regular cleaning! It was convenient to get from the hotel to the city center, there were many shopping centers, cafes, medical centers near the hotel. The hotel also had its own restaurant! I was satisfied! Good price for such amenities!

It was a nice and calm stay in the Sherlock Homes Hotel. The staff was helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and I had almost nothing to complain about.

Only breakfast was bad. You need to pay more if you want to have breakfast in the hotel but the hotel is not prepared to serve breakfasts to its guests. I got a plate with butter, a few slices of cheese, a spoon of jam and honey and that was all. There is no kitchen, I guess, so they are unable to make various, hot breakfasts. .

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights to attend the Jumping at Istanbul festival. In the context of our visit, it was well located. The area is not the typical tourist choice, but it is well-connected with public transports: a nearby bus stop allowed us to reach the festival location in no time every day, and we also managed to enjoy some time around the Kadıköy area. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast room was really cold in the morning.
