😁👏 Jetted jacuzzi was awesome! It had a cold fridge, coffee/tea maker would boil water in 90 sec, strong hot hair dryer, nice glass shower (the hot water never ran out and I take long🚿), and has a decent sized patio (fenced for privacy.) [Upper floors have balconies] The hotel was quiet, comfy, clean and had very nice staff who called taxis for me and even ordered food from outside to be delivered to my room since I don't speak Turkish. I enjoyed it for 10 days and payed for an extra night with no issues. A room of this size, a king size bed, egyptian threaded linens, with a jacuzzi would've cost much more but the location will keep it reasonably affordable for most travellers if they don't mind longer commutes.

Poor location (far away from the main city attractions and had very narrow allys leading to the hotel that even confused taxi drivers with their GPS. The room had great lighting except in the bathroom (hard to see myself in the mirror), the thermostat would change temp settings at times (kind of annoying to reset). Cityloft 24 had NO complimentary breakfast like their other locations (which wasn't specified on Booking.com).

I stayed for one night only, however I arrived to the place early in the morning even though the check in was from 14pm. I didn’t mind not being able to enter the room, but it would have been good if they had a spare room to leave the luggage. It stayed in the lobby the whole day till 11pm when I came back. Me and my friends were lucky that I know Turkish so we had a good communication with the staff, they do not speak any English. Good value for the money

Loved the jacuzzi and how big the room was! the design made it very comfortable to stay in the room, I actually really miss it know! there is also plenty of space to put your stuff and clothes to!

A whole body-sized mirror would be great in the room as I didn’t really like the small mirror in the bathroom. Couldn’t properly do my Make-up as the light wasn’t that good in the bathroom but that was not a big deal.

Best place in Istanbul.

Rooms could be much bigger.

The room size and the comfortness value for money was great.

There was hot water failure in the first morning which was fixed later in the same evening.

we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel although the location was far. The staff were very pleasant and service was 24 hours available which is really convenient for travellers.

the shower in the bathroom goes out of the cabin shower into the whole bathroom.

Value for money and cleanliness. Staff spoke English well and were friendly.

Had some difficulties once a while to find a cab but a short walk to the nearby main street will help.
