The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy.

The water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent so I got sudden cold water every few seconds while showering. The room is a non smoking room, but there are smoke coming in around 11pm (we are not sure from where exactly) and it smelled smokey.

I loved how helpful & attentive the staffs were to our needs. My mum had a mini surgery & needed to ice every 10 mins which we thought would have been a problem but the staffs proved us wrong, they were happy to bring us ice packs whenever it was needed. The food was tasteful aswell & their lounge comes alive at night with a great crowd & good music.

Personally, I would have loved if there was a fitness center in it or an affiliation with a close by gym

The breakfast exceeded my expectations.

The air conditioner could have been quieter.

The hotel was a great location for our business trips. The rooms were spacious, clean with good facilities, and very good value for money. There is a bar/restaurant with plenty of entertainment, TVs and nice decor next to the hotel, this was very good for us, the dinner and breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again if visiting the area.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful in booking us taxis etc but then some of the other staff were quite rude. There were issues with the electric during part of our stay, I know this is sometimes out of control but did make it difficult for our business meetings.

VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR MY MEETING ARRANGEMENTS. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

EVEN TOUGH I BOOKED VIA BOOKING.COM THEY INFORMED BOOKING.COM THAT MY RESERVATION AS CANCELLED. ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL IS WEIRD. THERE WERE NO CLEAR SIGNS.

I didn't like the bed,because it was to small and it doesn't comfortable for two person.

The furniture is new and all the hotel are new

No one can speak conversational English. We had to use Google translate to order food and to communicate with the staff. At the breakfast just Turkish breakfast, nothing European or international.
