- Very kind and helpful staff - Great location (walk distance to metro Bulgurlu which is 4/5 stops to Üsküdar and boats or Marmaray for European side) lots of shops and restaurants) - Simple but very nice breakfast. We definitely preferred simple breakfasts to very varied breakfasts where there is lots of wasted food - Very nice bathroom and showers

- Small room and no chairs & table in the room which was not very convenient for 3 people including 2 children. They may have given us the smallest room as children were young - TV in the room was not working at all. It was just for decoration it seems 🙂 - Air conditioning was working very well but its remote control was not working (i had to find manual ways to reduce its power during the nights, like putting a towel 🙂) - the power strip available in the room was very old and one of the 3 outlets did not seem safe, we just used it on the 1st day and then avoided using it in the next days. An effort can be done there to replace it. It is not safe not only for clients but also for the staff and the building itself We have ignored all of this and enjoy our stay

Stayed at this place for two nights. The manager and staff were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were fresh, clean and very spacious. I will definitely visit this place again. Uskudar is an underrated area compared to other pockets of Istanbul. It offers proximity to the bay and is very lively. If you want to see how the locals live and try their food, this is the place! The hotel is definitely fairly priced and offers good value for money. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the Metro station (Bulgurlu). From Bulgurlu it takes only 4 stations to get to Uskudar Metro station which is the main hub for Uskudar (an ocean of cafes and good restaurants around with sea view). If you want to travel to the European side, you can jump on the Marmaray train which takes you to the Yenkapi station (the heart of the European side). Yenkapi station has very good access to Aksaray which is the depot for the buses to the airport on the European side. The end to end cost for this trip from the hotel is about 20 Liras.

Breakfast was very good with typical türkish offers. One day i was a bit late for breakfast and missed to eat boiled eggs. I got served a special omlett prepared for me. The receptionist were always helping out giving hints about some touristic activities. I liked very much that the hotel was serving tea for the guests. The Arena dynamic team to improve their service are open minded for feedback. I would book this hotel again in my next visit. The duration to the Center of istanbul for main touristic activities Tages approx. 30min with metro an marmaray. The change from metro to marmaray is in üsküdar Station. Fantastic view to Bosporus with top restaurants and cafes. An from hotel it takes only 15min. Camlica tower, camlica mosque Arena very nesr to the hotel.

Its location is very near public transport and shops and restaurants. The staff were so sweet especially Kaya the receptionist who went out of his way. All staff including cleaner she was so sweet

At first we were given a very small room fpr 3. Then they changed it for us to a much bigger room

Room : it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. they had extra pillows and blankets as well in the cupboard. there was plenty of storage space. they also had water bottles and a tea/coffee section. no noise and most importantly no smoke smell coming to the room. Bathroom : the bathroom was clean. they had a few clean towels and a working hair drier. they had hot water and the water pressure was good. Location : a minute away for the main road so it was easy to find. 25min away from the camlica mosque. 15min away from the camlica tower. 5 mis away from the metro station and there are plenty of stores near by. staff : most of them were English speaking. the owner was very friendly and helpful. he kept our luggage even after check out. breakfast : a good selection of cold breakfast.

The Ac in our room did not work and given the hot weather in Istanbul, it was a struggle to sleep.

Thanks for the comfort that the hotel provided. The rooms are a bit small but the cleanliness and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. Special thanks to Ms Pinar because of whom the rooms were perfectly clean and breakfast was fresh and tasty besides being well decorated, and Mr Fariss who kindly solved all the problems if there were any and made sure that our stay was safe, comfortable and without any misunderstanding

I can't say how much I loved staying at this hotel - everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the housekeeping team were extremely good at their job. The location was amazing! 4 minutes to the metro, near the pharmacy and very good restaurants closeby. There was an extension cord near the bed and you won't have socket problems. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. There is always tea in the lobby and in the hotel's wonderful terrace. If you want to stay in the Asian side of Istanbul (which I think is better than Taksim) this hotel is a very good choice and has better value for money than the hotels in Taksim. Thanks to Mr Kemal (who by the way speaks very good English and even understands Farsi), the lovely Mr Kaan and Mr Bayeam for making this stay so wonderful.

Staff is amazing! We had no change, however, they let us in and they were very polite. Location is great, rooms and beds are very comfortable, bathroom is clean and even though I couldn't enjoy breakfast, Mom was satisfied. Definitely will stay there next time!

The hotel has a good location near Bulgurlu metro station. Me and my family have experienced a warm hospitality and kindness from the staff of the hotel which had a deep impression on us. Thank you for the kind welcome Kemal and all the staff. Hope we can return soon.
