I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the amazing doorman, Ozgur, whose warm smile instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, Ozgur ensured that we had no trouble getting taxis to our desired locations, communicating with the drivers to ensure smooth and hassle-free rides. It was truly comforting to know that someone cared about our well-being in a foreign country. Another standout member of the hotel staff was Ceyda, the lovely lady at the reception. Even when there was a bit of confusion during check-in, she patiently and calmly explained everything to us with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised to find a special treat in our room to celebrate our birthdays, thanks to Ceyda's thoughtfulness. She also handled any issues we raised with utmost professionalism and always with a smile. I apologize for not noting the name of the lady who accompanied us to our room, but she was equally friendly and helpful. Our breakfast experience was truly delightful, thanks to Gokhan, who introduced us to the local way of making menmen eggs, which were absolutely amazing. Gokhan greeted us every morning with a smile, and by the second day, he already knew exactly how we liked our tea and coffee. This attention to detail was truly impressive. I must also mention Ibrahim, who went out of his way to source the cranberry juice that we liked, even though it wasn't readily available. It's the small gestures like these that made our stay truly memorable. We decided to indulge in the club lounge experience by paying extra, and I must say it was worth every penny. Mekai, the staff member in the club lounge, went above and beyond with the drinks service, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

The location is great although on the quiet side (Asya -side) so as a tourist be careful with the taxi drivers trying to charge you double to cross the bridge. Check with hotel how much it is to cross the bridge tunnel / over and note this.

Additionally, the culinary experience, particularly the diverse breakfast offerings, was impeccable, also thanks to the attentive service provided by Mahmud. The fitness and pool areas were well-equipped, providing a perfect balance of activity and relaxation. However, the true highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Ahmet and Cüneyd at the reception, along with Emre and Alatay, the reservation managers, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Their professionalism and warmth significantly contributed to the overall excellence of my experience. In summary, the Address Istanbul Hotel marries comfort, luxury, and outstanding service, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend it and extend my sincere thanks to the staff for their exceptional hospitality.

It’s on the Asia side so it takes times to get to the tourist places. Traffic plays a big part with this!

The lady who check us in wad rude , than she transferred us to a guy , i was booked 2 rooms which means its for 4 persons, with breakfast they told me no your booked for each room 1 person, and i show them i booked new booking with breakfast for 1 persons and 2 persons same price .

I truly appreciate the excellent service at this hotel. A special thank you to the team for accommodating my father and me with an early check-in. My father is 80 years old, and their kindness and efficiency ensured he didn’t have to wait, which we really appreciated. This level of care and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and attention to guests’ needs! I had an amazing experience at the spa in this hotel! The relaxation massage was absolutely wonderful and exactly what I needed. A special thanks to Tannaz and Zeinab at the reception for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. Not only did they assist us warmly, but they also generously upgraded our massage room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and welcoming spa experience!

The Club Lounge menu was very limited and not comparable to the Club Lounges of other Address hotels. In terms of price, it was not worth it at all.

Breakfast was amazing we took it indoor winter's garden so wonderful . I would like to extend my thanks to the Adress Hotel'staff for the outstanding service and my thanks to Miss Gulstan and Mr ozgur . MY next trip to Turky in summer i will come back to Adress Hotel for sure .

I have stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the experience was superb. The hotel is very modern, neat, and thoughtfully designed. All spaces were super clean. The room had a 180 view, overlooking the Camlica hill and tower. The amenities were great, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is footsteps away from Imaar mall which is one of the finest shopping malls in Istanbul. Breakfast had a wide variety of options from local and international cuisines. One thing I liked the most was the 24-hr availability of in-room dining which serves tasty meals round the clock.

I had difficulty getting taxis from the hotel, even when using apps like uber and bitaksi. The concierge was kind enough to get me reservations when I give up, but the whole thing could waste some good time.

All, it was amazing treatment, i was feeling as special guest of the Address hotel in Istanbul, had a best experience!! concierge service was at top level, club lounge zone was a special place & excellent quality of food & drinks. Finally, I would like to thank the Hotel GM Mr. Ahmed and defiantly the front Desk Assistant Manager Mr. Ali for their warmth and willingness to go over and beyond what was expected. Will definitely be returning to again!
